I think he should get a run of games but to be honest it's more to do with Kyogo being off the boil rather than Idah doing anything to really warrant it.

 

Anyone seriously suggesting we wouldn’t miss a £25m player is definitely not worth engaging with, given he was our player of the year last season

 

Clumsy as * when he came on I'm really struggling to see it with him generally now.

 

Desperately needs a run of games. Difficult to judge a player getting half an hour each game. Can't be any worse than the current 1st choice striker

 

Hes no had enough game time admittedly but for 9 million we got absolutely bumped.

 

Agreed...Always said we should have avoided at that price.

Last few games of last season he was great.....But not 9 million great.

Dont think hes done much nor taken any of his chances as much when hes come on.

Both him and Kyogo had absolutely nothing to work with today.

 

He needs a run in the team. A start here and there or 30 minutes most games is not conductive to developing. I think he should start the next few games see if he can go on a run.

This is the crux of it. Anyone that knows anything about football should know that you can’t expect your forwards to perform when the midfield and wingers are non existent. I actually thought he did well considering.

 

Pretty mental that BR was desperate to sign him, that desperate we massively overpaid, yet he can't get a start over over Kyogo, who has been blowing hot and cold all season.

 

You should expect him to control a ball when it's played in to his feet . His touch is poor . That little flick he tried when he got it on the 18 yard line straight to their goalie ...No idea how you can say he done well.

 

The same flick he did a few weeks before against Dundee United to put Kyogo in. Sometimes it works , sometimes it doesn’t. Baffling to judge his performance as a sub on that. Everyone was miles off it.

I’ll say it again, £9m was a robbery. Norwich pulled our pants down.

 

English market tax too.

I was for idah coming in (which it’s not our own money so still don’t really care how much we paid) but £5 mil or so was probably more a realistic fee for his quality

 

Gets the ball taken off him back to goal far too often for a big guy......usually because his touch isn't good enough as well..

 

Needs huge development to justify his signing fee. Lot made of his size and physicality but rarely bothers defenders with it. Link up play and general hold up is usually poor.
