SPFL Celtic V The Huns Thursday January 2nd kick off 3PM Sky Sports football

I care less about this game than I do about the direction we are headed.

We look absolutely clueless when pressed to a reasonable level.

We’re the only side in world football where a minor setback in a game reverberates throughout the full team like wildfire.

Very, very worrying.

 

A don't mind losing a game but to lose like we did today the only thing I can think of is either lack of bottle or there is a bug tearing through the squad.

 

Wanted them so far buried that they couldn’t come up for air until we win 10IAR

 

A truly despicable, gutless, shitebag performance where we had no answers and played in to their hands..

We are so predictable now and it was only a matter of time before they sussed us out. Scales, Hatate and Taylor were particularly rank today and the rest were just pish (apart from CCV) . We need to change our style or other teams will follow suit.

 

Absolutely scudded today. Did anyone have pass marks?

Not one for it usually but I would have taken half the team off af half time. Wasn't just a couple of players a little off it. There were a good few who were miles off it.

 

We Catfished first 2 minutes having two Kyogo half chances and two corners. What followed for the rest of the game was a Dortmund esque pumping. They had every second ball * knows how many shots and we got what we deserved this is why being optimistic as a Celtic fan is risky.

 

I’d make them watch that performance for the next 2 days.

 

Gonna say it..see all these posters that claim 4,5,6 nil drubbings before all these games...gonna shut the * up!! You always end up looking like absolute *'s. The Celtic equivalent of the 'battle fever' brigade. * cringe.

 

Add Johnson. Two games in a row where he has been hiding against this mob.

 

Our midfield gets sussed out so easily. Hearts, Killie, Brugge and the last two Hun games. I'll be honest see in tight games you don't trust that midfield.

Don't care how far ahead we are of that mob, that performance from kick off was a * disgrace and the manager has made himself look really daft in his interviews on the run upto the game, walked in thinking it would be a walk in the park and deservedly pumped off a team of nobodies.

 

The cause of this horror show is systemic, and a transfer window won't fix it. The league is not yet over, and our club have just been rudely reminded of that fact.

I was angry at Rodgers for not making changes at half time, but nothing was gained, even when they came on.

 

Can't say the result was wrong, we got what we deserved. They wanted it more and our players were still in party mode.

I said before the game we often start these games against them like the players have been on a 3 night bender. This was a week long one. Pathetic.

 

Shocking * performance.

Can see rangers have been working towards trying to beat us.
It's been slowly coming last few games against them. Weirdly they fixate on it too much that they * themselves in the basic games.

Credit to them in that sense.

But equally, look at the stats from a general Celtic perspective. Most shots against us in how long? Pass accuracy way below that of our season average?
We were honking and we need to address that.


Doesn't change the league title at all, not one bit. But we need to wake up from these last few weeks/month of December and get back to intensity and accuracy in our play.

That’s the most cowardly performance i’ve ever seen from us at the Berghof. * sickening.

 

Can't remember the last time I was this angry at the team. Never under Rogers before and never under Ange. Just didn't look arsed, they didn't win because they had better players or a better setup, just because they wanted it more. Every player was *.

 

If I could sum that up in 1 word it's Embarrassing

The whole were 11points, basically 12 ahead doesn't mean much to me, we were 2nd best to every single ball the whole game, and apart from an offside goal we never had 1 chance all game, not 1 chance at all ,that's unacceptable
