It might actually save baldy if we hammer them, he'll just point to players missing.

Don’t see how Clement survives a 7th derby without a win, in front of an ibrox crowd, to go 17 points behind in January (18 with the goal difference). There’s no way they’ll keep him in charge when they need players in the January window. I know they’re skint, but surely that would be the nail in the coffin?

I reckon Clement’s job is on the line and they will feel the pressure of that and that team cannot handle pressure there are zero leaders. The * will collapse massively, especially with their two captains out.
    4-0 Celtic. Maybe 5-0.

It would be hilarious to see Alex Rae get the job, assuming they do sack him. Anyone that comes in is stuck with that team, as they would already be £4.6 million down with the signings of Cortes and Barron.

Anyway we should approach the game as if it was their strongest lineup and hopefully do put a few goals past them.

As usual my only concern going into this is us. If we are focussed and put the work in we will win, and likely convincingly.

If we start buying into the: "they have x players out, including captain and keeper, this will be easy" narrative and think the game is already won there is a good chance they drag us down to their level, which then makes dodgy decisions far more likely to have an impact on the outcome.

If anything these injuries give me more of the fear. Thought we were onto one in Ange's first game against them when they had that covid outbreak, look how that turned out. Hopefully we get a nice early goal to really put the shiters up them and get their fans on their backs, if they get to half time at 0-0 I'll be a bit worried.

Don't think that's ever gonna be a concern with us with the current setup. By all accounts every player or the manager when speaking always make a point about taking each game at a time, preparing the same for every game, putting in the work on the training pitch etc etc. Even Cal yesterday talking about how 'we' (the players) conduct themselves in the building.

We're operating at elite levels of professionalism, absolutely zero chance of any one of them dropping their standards.

Not getting sucked in with their BS of a vastly weakened team, we will have to be at our best to get the 3 points, a hunskelping would be a bonus.

They always say that kind of thing but more often than not we seem to start these games like the players have been out on a 3 night bender, for some reason, and let them take the initiative. If we stand off them and they get an early goal, get the crowd back onside, it could be an annoying afternoon. Usually our class shows in the end and we get the result, but that isn't always going to happen.

Hopefully we turn up from the first whistle this time and put them firmly in their place.

Agree with this, we've at times not been as intense or front footed as we'd all like, which is infuriating at times. Don't think it can be put down to attitude or complacency or anything like that though, think just sometimes we'll go through poor spells or even them, as pish as they are, doing well to stifle us.

100% a fast start and getting in their face from the off is required tomorrow though, if that happens we'll annihilate the *.

Our intensity second half against Motherwell and then the game against St. Johnstone was better than we’ve seen recently. With their defence we should be going for the throat right from the off. Score early and it could be a thumping I reckon. They look totally deflated after the final defeat, and they’ve not got the characters in their team to cope with their fans going berserk, which they will if we score early doors.
