Need a new left back in January and hopefully the club have someone lined up and thanks for the service Greg and the club is right not to give him a new contract.

 

Was pleased to see him get redemption with his goal but he cannot be a regular starter from here on.

 

They're trying to, unbelievably he's stalling on us.

BR, who ridiculously claimed the position wasnt a priority, needs to phase him out immediately, start looking at bringing in TWO LB's.
One in January, and an understudy in the summer.

I never want to see him in a Celtic shirt again. Not out of spite, I just cant take anymore of his deficiencies.

After he slapped the ground like a wean, he literally pointed and screamed at CCV, im assuming to claim he either passed it into danger or wasn't available.

He's stalling because they won't guarantee him the start, and they want him as the support player. Not the same as us getting rode roughshod...

As the backup, to fill the spfl calender, he'd be fine. He'd even be ok in a pinch of needed for bigger games, where we need to just accept we can't have full squads of quality, but we need to address it. Also probably wrecking his head being inside this stage too. We need to resolve it soon, one way or the other

People who argue for him because "he gives his all" must be happy to see any of us in here in the squad because I'm sure, anyone of us would give his all. Problem is, we're just not skilled enough. And so is Taylor

 

Can’t stand him, and I hate saying that about any Celtic player. Any time he has the ball I actually * myself. We should’ve been 2-0 down yesterday with 2 HORRENDOUS mistakes by him. Wouldn’t even have him playing for the B team in all honesty.

 

Part of the issue with Greg is that he won't improve at this point. Not because of his age but because he never seems to take accountability. Always remonstrating with others rather than holding his hands up.

I think he'll end up costing himself his own career. He's arrogant enough to leave because he's not guaranteed a start and where realistically is he going? No club of a comparable stature would take him on as a starter.

 

Taylor and Hatate should be sold in January and CalMac should be rested for a couple of games before the new year match against Huns.

 

Only been looking for an upgrade on him since we sold KT. Given his all and contributed well, but enough is enough.

He won't get better than Celtic. He won't get a move to bigger league, with all the prospects of CL and trophies. He seriously needs to give his head a wobble here. If he's looking for a new challenge, fair enough. But let's not hold on for too long.

If club have ambition, I'd watch out for Andy Robertson. Slot wants a new LB, reckon we could pull it off and he'd be interested. Next 18 months.
