Your Wildlife Sightings!

A few from up the coast at Ahamlish, there's a narrow inlet cut off from the sea there by high sand dunes on one side and farmland on the other, it's a great spot to see all kinds of diving birds and waders.

Late back to this thread and let me just say, these pics are stunning @Johniebhoy. Did you get a new Camera or Lens or both ? someone needs to pay you for your work mate I seen alleged professional pics that do not reach your standard...get them telt

 

I’ll never get bored of these pictures and I can zoom in also and see the fine detail in the wings. Each bird has a unique beak which makes them interesting, you can’t help but imagine how they get their food. Thanks again for these great photos Johnie.

It's a bit of a hotspot alright John, i paid another visit another visit there this morning when the tide was out and it didn't disappoint .

A few from loch Colgagh last weekend, managed to get a couple of pics of a Mink, it's the first i've seen one on this loch, it flushed out a couple of little Grebes from a reed bed on the far side but i don't think it caused any damage, hopefully it fecks off before the breeding season starts.

 

Not been on here for a few days and what a welcome back for me Johnie with 2 lots of your finer than fine wildlife photos
