You're underestimating the sheer delusional nature of Der Hun.

If we win tomorrow, theyll say "only leagues count".

If we overtake their league count theyll say "the years we were 'demoted' dont count.

If we overtake their league count subtracting the titles while they were being zombified theyll say "the leagues you won during the world war don't count".

If we overtake that count too theyll say "the leagues you won last century dont count because yada yada yada".

No amount of logic, deduction or simple arithmetic can deter a mutant from its incessant self delusionary deflection.

They still think they "never died" ffs. And that they won their financially doped titles "on the field".

Not a chance. The 3-3 game at Ibrox in April if we had lost we would have been 5 points behind with the split coming . You're talking 50m quid on the line (100m quid swing between the 2 clubs ),not to mention a title. This weekend's game is a cup final , it's huge for every reason you mentioned but regardless of the result we are miles ahead in the league and comfortably controlling domestic football . One off day won't change all that. It's another trophy and a big game but the ones in title races can define eras with the finances at stake .

The Scottish cup semi of 2022 should remind us that it's not really a factor at all.

Looking forward to this. Cup finals are always competitive, not sure why tomorrow would be any different. Still think we are the far stronger team. Our midfield play well tomorrow and we should win by a few. That's key for me.

It will be a case of who's most clinical . We will likely create 7 or 8 chances to their 2 or 3 if both teams play to their abilities. Don't want to be half hour in 0-0 having blown a load of chances. Nice early goal will set is up. 3-0 .

This is going to be a very tough game. Team selection has to be right and everyone has to show up and be on it for the full 90 minutes. None of this playing well for one half nonsense and we certainly can't put on a performance like we did in the Scottish cup final.

If we don't put on a performance, or if we show any complacency, we won't win.

This is gonna be a scrappy game, like the last final against them.
I can see us scraping a 1-0 or 2-1, but wouldn’t be surprised if it goes to extra time and penalties.

Hope I’m wrong though and the Celtic that played against Leipzig turn up.

I think they’ll try to press us hard and try to force errors, like Brugge did, so if we play those intricate quick passes around the high press, like we did against Leipzig, we will find lots of space up the pitch for the front 3 to run into!

Is Nico the dwarf looking one? Can definitely see him coming up short tomorrow.

This is where Rodgers is key. I see this also. But Rodgers vision for the game, knowing where the tweaks need to be will see us run through them over the 90.

Yeah I agree. They'll press us high like they did to Spurs and try to capitalise on our mistakes. We need to be quick and sharp when passing out from the back.

On the other hand, they have no quality in their build up play and rely on high punts and winning second balls. It will be a close game I think but our quality should win us the game.

I can’t see them trying to shut us down all over the park. They’ll sit deep and try to make the game a horrible scrappy affair. If they press us high we will break the press and be swarming all over them. I hope they try to press us all over the park, we will get through them. They can only sustain that for a small period of time.

I see a major flaw there - Beathun is the ref and any controversial decisions will definitely not be in our favour.
