Are we definitely in for Lennon Miller?
    Media hype?:39:
Is he an upgrade to what we have in midfield?
Would he be Turnbull mk 2?

    We
We're definitely going to be interested in him but I don't know to what degree. We also don't know how much Miller wants it. The clubs may not even know.

    Yeah,I get that Hammy.
I have only caught a few highlights of him plus the games against us.Apart from a few glimpses of skill, I don’t think he is exceptional.
He may be the best young Scot’s player up here(according to our media)…..but is he able to make the next step up,Not sure.

I think he'll turn out a lot for us if he were to come here.

It won't be every week but he'll definitely get a lot of appearances considering how many games we play in a season.

Just need to wait and see. I get Turnbull vibes about the whole media circus, the hype seems to get stoked a lot by the Motherwell mafia on Clyde scoreboard.
As you say if he comes, then hopefully BR can enhance his game and he turns out a lot for us…..but I wouldn’t be paying exuberant amounts for him.

Same here. I keep seeing people say he's slow as *, is this correct? I really think this is what let Turnbull down at our level & could be the same again.

Not really slow, but he’s not quick. He’s definitely much more agile and athletic Turnbull is.

A bit like O’Riley was, not exactly quick but not someone you would think is slow.

That’s a good description of it. He’s not what I’d describe as quick but he has that movement and touch that takes him into space ahead of players, he thinks quickly. Quite similar to Bernardo as well, but I’ve also said Bernardo is similar to O’Riley.

He’d be a top target for me in January, alongside Toure from Hammarby. 2 top teenagers excelling in their respective leagues and already showing they’re a class above their current level.

Would be happy to loan him out, as we are pretty filled in midfield but the boy is 18. In 4 years time, the likes of Hatate, Bernardo, Engels will be gone. Need to start planning for the future.

Agree......Watched him a few times...maybe its just the few times i seen him he wasnt all that he is made out to me.

Especially Vs Sevco.....Thought he was awful actually in that game....All over the place against a really poor squad.

The money getting banded about is far to high in my opinion.

Did you see him against us where he was arguably man of the match on a couple of occasions?

Think he hit the bar and the post in the first half( league game) against them . He has been class whenever I have seen him , really impressed against us on a couple of occasions.

Just sign him in January. We've seen with McCowan (and many others we've missed out on) that there's talent in our league we can snap up for relative peanuts.

Unless of course he's another Turnbull, in that case we should avoid.

As many have said, sign him in January and immediately loan him back to Motherwell for the rest of the season to continue his development and give him game time.

Would love it but think we’ve missed the boat on Toure from Hammarby.

Celtic should be making their move for players before they attract the likes of Liverpool. So much for the spl being a farmers league it doesn’t stop the big clubs swooping for talent does it
