Hope he keeps getting chances. Palma should be offloaded in January and another signed. Solid options with Maeda, Kuhn, Forrest, Yang and a new one.

Fine as a backup/development player, there's obviously talent there. We do need a stronger first-choice backup on the wings though, with Palma offloaded ASAP.

Sell palma. Bring jota back. Bring Tierney back. Sign vale for the 60% of games Tierney misses. Some window...

You are an optimist! Thinking Tierney would be fit 40% of the time.

People are going to eat their words at Yang. Growing in confidence and there's just something about this boy. BR sees it too. I wouldn't bring Jota or KT back either. I agree with getting rid of Palma.....he's never quite fitted for me. You have to move on and develop exciting new talents like Engles, Khun and Yang. I think that these three will be top top players for Celtic if we can hang on to them.

He's got the attributes, he always has. That game against Aberdeen, last season was it ? It all seemed to click and he was unplayable.

He needs to put it all together and he could be a very good player. Still contributes when he comes on by skipping past players with ease but just doesn't produce that final pass or shot.

The fact that Yang is being given minutes makes me think Rodgers has not written him off. Oh was clearly on his way out when he just wasn't getting any game time.

With coaching, Yang could be a middle ground between Maeda and Palma. More technique than the former, but also, more work rate than the latter.

He is doing OK when he gets mins here and there but not only do we need an upgrade we’ll get it, if not January then definitely next summer.

Like Engles I definitely think there's something there and, with the right coaching, will come out.

His clever wee pass for GT when he hit the post was a thing of beauty. Also made a great run from the back post and was unlucky not to get on the end of a Hatate cross.

Really hope he keeps getting minutes and building confidence, maybe a wee goal or assist in his next game to help him along. Definitely has the talent to be a cracking player for us.

I think he could develop into a very good player. He has the same physique and ability to go past people that Kuhn has but not the end product yet. I'm glad he hasn't gone on loan as he has the perfect player to learn from in training and in games at Celtic. He should be watching everything Kuhn does and trying to replicate that.
