I love him, even when he's having a poor game, 9/10 times he'll still press like a madman and cause a nistake.

He should have buried that chance from Kuhn, but I thought he was fine the other night. Could honestly see him staying here late into his prime.

Lack of BASIC footballing ability? Ridiculously OTT statement, if had a lack of basic footballing ability he wouldn’t be a professional footballer and certainly wouldn’t be anywhere near a Celtic jersey.

Also to say he had ZERO composure is again way overly exaggerated. Yes his composure does let him down, but ZERO? * calm yourself down.

Jota and Kuhn on either wing would be insane tbh.

Maeda has definitely improved and he's very important in games like the other evening. But there's still times domestically where I think we'd benefit from having "2 kuhns" either side to break down sides. Those games haven't been as often this season mind as we are regularly tearing teams open.

When it gets stuffier and more difficult though we definitely need another option to even come off the bench. I'm convinced it'll be addressed in January.

Another Kuhn type winger to compete with Maeda would be excellent options on the left.

We always seem to miss out on having that dream balance.

Like dare I say Frimpong and Tierney, Eddie and Dembele (albeit we got glimpses of that), Jota and Kuhn which saw what could be with Abada when he could find form, but Kuhn seems to have taken to another level.

I mean imagine having options like that all the while there was goal and assist machines like MOR in midfield.

We'd be some * unit of a team, but alas we are always that one player short because the * are decent and move fore fees we can't ignore as a club

Don't think we've missed MOR. The midfield actually seems more balanced this season.

I get what your saying though

Was thinking about that earlier as I reminisced about Wanyama. He was sold the season we signed Van Dijk, imagine them in the same team.

EDIT: Just realised they played together at Southampton but you know what I mean :giggle1:

Maeda wasn't even sure about signing for US, and we're not a well documented "Bag of Cats"... There's 0% chance he'd have signed for them, and brought his family over into their toxic swamp

What's extraordinary about him is that it isn't a 'purple patch' etc...he's had the same energy pretty much since the day he signed. He's unreal. Ally McCoist summed it up well when he asked Ange "What do you feed that man...?"

The most extraordinary thing for me is I don’t think I’ve seen him break a sweat.

That's actually genetic. A lot of Koreans and Japanese have a gene that makes them sweat less. Only 3% of westerners have the same gene. The same gene also results in drier earwax.

… is drier earwax more solid or crumbly? Need to know the ramifications of this :56:

Crumbly according to google. Didn't really inspect anyone's earwax when I was in Asia. :giggle1:
