When was the last time we conceded first and won in a CL group game? I’d guess Shakhtar at home under Strachan when they scored in the first 5 minutes and Donati got the winner.

Ok, firstly, let's not get carried away... This isn't our first Celtic rodeo! But, I agree, that Brugge and Young Boys are definitely games we'd be HOPING for full points. I'd happily take those and a draw away to Zagreb, even if a win there isn't unthinkable either.

Personally, don't see us getting into the automatic spots, but I'd be delighted with a seeded draw and happy with just staying in... It's the progression I'm excited by, and the possibility of it continuing over a couple of windows. If we held this trajectory for the next year and a half we'd be looking at a squad we could sell for a fortune, profile to bring in next level new players and finally having broken out of the gravitational hold of the domestic level pinning us back

Very true was thinking the same thing .the powers that be must realise now that quality in the door rather than quantity is the way forward.we have to keep getting big players in the door to keep the momentum going.there is going to be a few teams looking at our current squad now.johnston ,kuhn and hatate will go for big money so we have to be prepared

Hopefully the board can now fully get out of their "small-time" mindset, stop thinking about the huns, and keep progressing in Europe.

So proud of the lads last night, BR said he wanted to make progress in Europe... by * he has, last 2 games have been absolutely immense. He's got us really ticking now. Our shape and movement was silky as * last night some absolutely blinding attacks.

    Prediction is 13 points.

I think we will win 2 and lose 2 from here. Not sure in what order.

If you'd have said 13 to me before kick off I'd have bitten your hand off! Been a massive improvement overall, dortmund thankfully appears to have been an anomaly.

I think we do better I think we win 2 draw 1 and lose 1 …. And even that loss is contested as villa could possibly play a weakened side if they are home and dry knowing fine well they have premiership league football to deal with

We've given ourselves an excellent chance, if we can get an away win in Zagreb next, we've got to be aiming for automatic qualification.

Next game is home to Brugge, and THEN away to Zagreb...

And if we took 9 points from those 3 matches it wouldn't matter where we finished because my testicles would already have blown up in a nuclear firestorm explosion! :56:

And we shouldn't fear Aston villa at their park. We can beat them

Win the next game at home to Brugge and you would have to think a play-off is pretty much guaranteed.

Original models showed you've got a chance to qaulify with 7 points let alone more. 4 games to go to get more.

12 teams all with 3 points or less and half the games played. We may have already qualified.

Don’t think it was mate. Sure there was 60% chance with 9 points and it was 99% with 10 points

Only bottom 8 go out and they've got 4 games left to get from 0 points to above 7. Surely gives us a huge chance already.

Real Madrid are away at Liverpool then Atalanta. Knowing our luck, we will make the playoffs and get them

Just got to keep on looking at the next game and take it one at a time. Feel like whenever we start with our projections for what we expect, it never goes to plan.

Club Brugge are next and would expect us to deal with them at Parkhead. See where we are after that.
