I don't think we will as it's at home and we'll likely want to attack at them, but I wouldn't be against another performance like the Atalanta game.

    Will be tough either way.

True, but I think that BR has learned from that Dortmund disaster and so many self inflicted problems, much better at Atalanta.

That said, Leipzig are currently 2nd in Bundesliga and have not lost a league game since February.

Oh, and despite having lost all 3 of their CL games so far, those games have been against Atletico Madrid, Juventus & Liverpool, and all 3 have been single goal margins. So expect them to be coming at us pretty hard.

But that is things to consider for after this Dons game.

Atalanta 2 up in Naples already and hunting down top spot..

Don't think people truly appreciate how outstanding it was keeping a clean sheet snd getting a result out there..

Just seen Atalantas score against Napoli. Our result against them looks better week by week

Added to the fact we genuinely could have even nicked all 3 points, that save the Atalanta keeper made from Valle was outrageous, was dipping just under the bar from a deflection and he somehow tipped it over

Yeah, that Atalanta result really highlights how massive our performance out there was!
Leipzig will be coming in hurt after their loss to Dortmund, so will be even extra dangerous!

The form of our remaining CL opponents seems to be improving too, worryingly!

    Zagreb won 4-0

Young boys just held the league leaders, Zurich, to a 0-0 draw, away from home. They’re slowly climbing back up the table after a horrendous start to the season.

Club Brugge won 1-0 and are sitting in 2nd place in the league now.

Villa lost 4-1 to Ange, but their European form under Emery has been unbelievable, so still gonna be a tall order getting anything there!

    * form! It's a cup, and they're one-off games... Play to our strengths and to the opponents on the night and let the dice fall as they may...

10 points to qualify for knockout playoffs.

15 points gives you a 73% chance of last 8.

16 points gives you a 98% chance of last 8.

We're nearly in the playoffs. 3 points needed.

We've definitely got a chance of top 8, which is nuts.

We play like that against Brugge, Young Boys and Zagreb, we'll qualify for the last 8. Need to keep to those levels.

    We were simply outstanding tonight.

To have 7 points from our first 4 games is * brilliant, I thought 4 points would have been amazing

Celtic have banked another healthy Champions League bonus for their sensational victory against RB Leipzig.

Brendan Rodgers' side were resolute at the back and electric going forward as they came from a goal down to win 3-1 in Glasgow.

In doing so, Celtic earned a bonus payment from UEFA with clubs rewarded for wins and draws in the league phase of the competition.

Already, Celtic have banked €18.62m (£15.7m) simply from being involved in the league phase of the Champions League.

However, they added another stunning €2.1m (£1.77m) to the bank balance this evening by taking all three points against Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig this evening in Glasgow's east end.

That's on top of the €700k (£590k) they bagged for the 0-0 stalemate in Bergamo against Atalanta, and then the familiar €2.1m (£1.77m) they earned for their victory over Slovan Bratislava in September.

Beyond per-match win or draw fees, Celtic will also be guaranteed another payment from UEFA of €275k (£232k) minimum.

The club finishing 36th in the league phase will earn that figure with another €275k added for every position higher in the table after all eight matches.

    Celtic Champions League prize money
    League phase participation - €18.62m (€17.87m down-payment and €750k balance).

Performance bonuses - €2.1m per win, €700k per draw.

League ranking bonus - Each club will earn at least €275k for their league phase campaign - for every position above 36th, another €275k will be added to the bonus.

Furthermore, clubs ranked 1-8 at the end of the league phase will receive an additional €2m with clubs 9th to 16th pocketing €1m.

Progression bonuses - qualification for the knockout round play-offs: €1m per club
− qualification for the round of 16: €11m per club
− qualification for the quarter-finals: €12.5m per club
− qualification for the semi-finals: €15m per club
− qualification for the final: €18.5m per club
    - competition winners receive an additional€6.5m.

The Man City result, shows that even the top teams can get gubbed in this competition. Credit to Brendan for lifting the squad after Dortmund.
