Would actually be quite happy with this.. thought Palma and Bernardo were excellent when they came on, on Wednesday.. And McCowan deserves a start.. Johnston looked shattered so would bring in Ralston..

    Schmeichel
    Ralston Trusty Scales Valle
    McGregor
    Kuhn Bernardo McCowan Palma
    Kyogo
Hopefully minutes for CCV if we're comfortable, Taylor too..

And McGregor withdrawn early too if we can. Would like to see Engels in that deeper role.

I've got a feeling it will be a struggle tomorrow. There will be tired legs after Atalanta and maybe a couple of knocks and we don't get it easy in Motherwell. Good chance for the likes of Bernardo, McCowan, Ralston, etc if they get a start.

Glad the sheep won today as it keeps the huns 6 points behind them however, we really need to win tomorrow as I don't like this being 2nd *.

We've not had it easy there recently, so will take any win. A hammering would be a bonus.

It was a huge effort on Wednesday evening. Hopefully there will be a few changes. I would imagine up to 6 in order to help keep energy about the team. Also guys like Bernardo and McCowan deserve a start. Johnston surely won't start. He was done by the final whistle.

Both games last season there we had our struggles no question about it and I would be surprised after how much we put into the Champions league in Bergamo on Wednesday if this does not prove to be another tough one for us. Hopefully we have enough to get the 3 points.

Aye, expecting a tough one today.

Any win and no injuries will do.

Bit of pressure on this one, I think. We have to win to stay joint top and I really doubt we can have fully recovered from that game in Italy. I'm not expecting a good performance from us and I'll take a scrappy 1-goal win right now.

I'm not all that worried about Aberdeen, though. Admittedly, we're almost a quarter of the way through the season, so it's starting to look plausible that Aberdeen's first team might be capable of mounting a title challenge; but I just don't see them having the squad to cope with winter fixture congestion or with any injuries or suspensions. I also expect the Huns to beat them next week. The fact that I want them to beat the Huns tells me exactly who I think is more likely to challenge us next spring. If I thought that was likely to be Aberdeen, I'd be hoping for a draw.

Would potentially start Palma here over Maeda. Put McCowan in from the start, as well as Bernardo. Kyogo up top.

The amount of slogs we’ve had at Fir Park over the years and off the back of Italy suggests it will be tough and for that reason I think he should shake it up a wee bit. McCowan should be starting IMO.

    * Dickinson is the ref for this. He'll be doing us usual best to help the huns and try to get Motherwell something here.

I think Palma should start too, but with Palma and maybe Ralston starting, that gives us good crossing ability so I'd have Idah in the middle. Then bring Daizen and Kyogo on for the last 30 to run them ragged.
