I remember him well in his boyhood days. Stayed not far from him. Used to be out with the ball from early mornin till late at nite dribbling with the ball and hitting the ball on the outside of his house. Must have drove his mum n dad mad. Got to know him when he was playing with celtic as my dad was a singer and himself and his wife used to go to some of his shows. His wife is such a nice woman also Agnes used to love to hear my dad sing and her and jinky loved to dance. Beautiful friends and she used to say Jimmy was still a kid at heart.

Worth a watch. Understatement of the decade!

Cheers mate, that was amazing. Assuming that's every bit of Jinky footage available, just a joy to behold.

I really enjoyed it too. I was at a few of those games. An absolute joy of a footballer to watch. In all those clips opponents only stop him by fouling. Such skill.

Trying not to be jealous that you seen the man in the flesh!

My first hero, purely through stories from my Da and the 'Jinky' VHS I had back in the day.

Greatest ever Celt was well justified.

Lucky enough to see the wee man play in the flesh. Was an incredible talent, ever Bhoy and man wanted to be Jinky. What a character.
