True, think that’s based on his injuries usually happen when he’s playing games every 3/4 days, and thinking rest him midweek or a weekend manage him carefully. But think he’s susceptible to a long stint out anypoint.

Shame, if I could guarantee 35 games a year from him I’d still bite your hand off. Think we’ve had that out CCV the last two years and he’s beyond worth it for they games, Tierney would raise the level of us like a CCV. Unfortunately, you can’t rely on even that.

    * tragic man, and it’s us to blame for * him up IMO

Suppose if he wasn’t prone to injury we’d have no chance of getting him back. Real shame the way his career has gone, very good player.

I'd 100% bite your hand off, Careful management and let's hope he'd be fine. He could do a job at centre back.
Problem is with his injuries he might be thinking about a last big pay out instead

weirdly I wouldn't buy him at the moment the wages the fee and then the injuries maybe he gets his next move and when he is 30 comes back

    Would he really?

I think he'd have made his coin.

I can’t wait for his beautiful deliveries from the left. He’d be our best player by miles, just gotta pray he doesn’t get injured too much

He's still in contract for 2 years, Arsenal may be willing to just let him go. Even if they do I think we should be looking to the future as I don't trust him to be fit.

I think so to. Its almost a certain imo and have been for quite a while hence why we have been so passive on the LB position with not renewing Taylor and getting loans in.

It's mental we'd consider him tbh.

If we take out what he means to us, he's so incredibly injury prone that he'd play 10 games at a maximum and be one of our top earners.

I think its crazy so many fans would welcome him back so easily. If it wasn't Tierney with that injury the record the same fans would want us to stay well clear.

We all know Tierney is a level above they type of player we can get to come to the club but too many injuries.

This would be the same model that the Huns currently use, getting players they normally wouldn't be able to get to the club but have really bad injury problems. We all know how that works out for them, constantly injured.

I wonder how many people will be throwing money at him anyway if he’s got that injury record.

From our side the package has to be right. We can’t be breaking the bank if he’s going to be injured all the time.

I do have a feeling his injury situation might improve if he comes back here. He’s clearly never been quite himself since he left and he’s admitted himself it’s been a struggle.

I think he'd be targeted and injuries would be worse.
