Ange doesn't really go back. Very much a move forward kinda guy.

Think he could easily nail another English club...but what clubs are really passionate and get on board with anges philosophy.

I just think far too many players are just not 110 committed. Half arsed too many of them

Van De Ven, Vicario & Kulusevski are the only ones that don’t look overpriced.

 

Ange wasn't used to signing players with that sort of budget before us plus I'm not sure he has as much control over signings at Spurs than when he was at us.

In saying that his hit rate even at us started to dip after his 1st season.

The Liverpool fans really like him and he'd fit them a lot better, not sure he's done enough to get that move and they will likely back Slot.

As for Spurs, they're exactly what people label them as - serial losers. The English Hibs. He's made a noose for himself by saying he'll get a trophy this season. Can't see it tbh.

 

He’d do well in Germany. Especially with an attacking club like BVB or Leipzig, if the opportunity ever arose

 

They’ve actually spent and bought incredibly well tbf. Vicario looks a bit erratic this year but was incredible last year. Van de ven; unreal. Only one I’d say looks a bit suspect is dragusin but then again he looked brilliant at the euros. Bergvall and Archie gray are going to be class players but are obviously very young still. Solanke is guaranteed goals but you’re paying premier league prices to get him. Brennan Johnson and Maddison both look like great signings.

Solanke is anything but guaranteed goals. Prior to last season his highest epl season was a grand total of 6.

 

That list is damming. Far too many projects for ridiculous fees and maybe 2/3 that you'd have thought could come in and immediately improve the starting 11.

 

Not that I'm a manager, but I wouldn't have gone to Spurs
