Still think we’ll hammer them. No excuse not to.

The very least the fans deserve is a good performance.

Think they’re going to be on the end of a massive retaliation.

Think we'll see a good bit of character for this and our big hitters going out to prove a point. 4-0 Celtic.

Just win and get 3 points in the.league and then move on again. We.need to move on fast from this don't want any hangovers from last nights game . We got well beaten it will happen at times but more games to come and hopefully they can make.amends for this

I certainly hope so. Certainly this weekend will be first big test of this teams character and how they deal with adversity after last nights disastrous showing.

Plenty of time for recovery given we played Tuesday and then Sunday. No excuse for this need to be bang at it and get the win before the international break.

Grand old team to play for
Seeing a lot of people saying Valle over GT. If it wasn't an away game against a bunch of hammer throwers, I'd agree. Go with the guys who know the league well. Idah in for his physicality and should be a little fresher than Kyogo.

    Kasper
    Johnston Nawrocki Scales GT
    CalMac
    Bernardo Hatate
    Forest Idah Maeda

Would be hoping to bring on Kuhn, Valle, Trusty and Engles, probably Kyogo too, but maybe McCowan instead.

Think a lot of that starting eleven from last night will be wanting to play to try and put things right.

    Schmeichel
    Johnston Trusty* Scales Valle

    Engels McGregor Hatate

    Kuhn Idah Maeda

*Trusty will start but personally I’d start Nawrocki as a warning to Trusty that he needs to up his level and do it quickly.

Is there anyone in our team that could take over from CalMac as captain in the team.
Give him a break from that responsibility for a while especially when playing in Europe.

What, take the armband off him? While he’s still playing or you meaning give him a rest or that? He’ll rest the international break, Sunday he’ll be fine.

Or if it’s take the armband off him, absolutely * that.

Just thinking about him suffering because of the terrible results we’ve been having in Europe whilst he’s been captain.
Can’t imagine it would do his confidence any good being captain of team being destroyed like that.
Losing 7 is bad enough but it’s happened more than once.

Why Nawrocki with the logic you’re saying here btw? Not played enough to be tried and tested, when we’ve seen him rare glimpses he’s not been good enough either but most those glimpses he’s been recovering or looking for match fitness. But if he had to start, he’d be looking for match fitness that game as well.

Welsh has consistently outperformed him, he’s ahead of him for a reason. But we signed Trusty for a big fee, St Johnstone he looked like he could be an option. Falkirk and Dortmund he didn’t but right now, he gets his place next to Scales again for me, not a write off 3 games into his career for us one of which he played well. 2 other ones were honking but aye.

I’d play him next to Scales again let him develop that relationship next to him. Maybe AJ depending on fitness, it’ll help him settle into being an option. Because he’s here to be playing when CCV isn’t available, which is usually half the games of the season. And hopefully push Scales as well but right now, Scales is the only CB we can automatically place in the line up. CCV due to injuries, the other options due to ability. Scales has always been available and always shown up. It’s him plus one in there but the other one isn’t Nawrocki.

Stripping the armband off him won’t help him any. And I imagine the rest of the team wouldn’t stand for it either.

vice captain is CCV, AJ got it when both weren’t on the pitch and he went off injured might not be available. Who would you give it to, especially if Calmac’s also on the pitch? Mental shout that for me mate. He’s also captained us to 7 trophies, record in finals and in Scotland is unreal. Taking that off him? * that. He’s the biggest leader in this club by a fair distance. The other option for leadership in the team likely available on the weekend is probably Taylor, and that’d be a full other can of worms that.
