The worry is we have another 45 to go then it's Atalanta away. My concern before the game was for the mentality of the team if things didn't go their way, the bottle crashing after the 3rd went in pretty much answered that one. If they can recover from this before our next CL home game remains to be seen.

 

Gonna take a miracle of all miracles to salvage anything from this and kill the game

We can play a tight 4-5-1 with an outball in Idah and play in the break. Standard away formation and style in Europe for many clubs.

Cuffing St Johnstone 6-0 was not the best preparation for playing this game.

Massive, massive, massive jump in standard.

But in saying that....we've also been majorly outclassed. Just got to accept it

The right subs but damage is done already, Valle didn’t exactly look good defensively against Falkirk so * knows what he’s meant to do here.

We need a specific shape for playing away in Europe, we need a 352 just now to stop them exploiting the massive gaps in the channels.

 

The worst thing about tonight is how normal it is. This isn't a shock or out of the ordinary this could be any Celtic team since Strachan was in charge. Deila, Lennon, BR twice, Ange.......tonight's result could have come from any of those Celtic teams. We are, without question, the softest-touch in the CL and have been for some time. Our defensive game is not even close to being good enough. Not one of the goals we conceded didn't involve either an individual mistake, us being wide open or both. Even the long-range effort was down to Maeda not dealing with the ball properly on the edge of the box. How many times have Dortmund pinged it long to the RB Couto standing all alone midway in our half? How many times have we gave the ball away needlessly in our own half? How many times have Dortmund broke with more attackers than we have defenders? There's plenty more but why bother. I'll finish with a nasty fact. Sevco, who we beat and out-perform on a regular basis, would not be losing 5-1 at half time against that Dortmund team. Not even close. They might well lose but they wouldn't be humiliated as we will be.

 

Mon Celtic at least give the GK a save to make here
