Using his first name is also a bit creepy imo

I've not seen anybody else mention it (maybe it was in the match thread - I wasn't on it) but was Valle not fouled for both their goals. Strangely not mentioned by the commentators or at half-time. Also, why do our players not complain to the ref about that kind of thing as it forces VAR to look at it and make a decision rather than pretend it didn't happen. The Hun players complain constantly about a lot less.

The first one was definitely a foul, he wins the header then the Falkirk player grabs at him twice to stop him getting out to the ball. It was blatant.

The second they never really showed a conclusive a replay of what happened or how much contact there was to his face to go down how he did.

The ref totally got caught up in the underdog story they were allowed to be physical, whereas he gave them a freekick whenever there was the slightest bit of contact or often none at all.

People mentioned it on the match thread, the second one VAR checked for offisde but not a foul, which was strange. I'm not sure it was a foul to be honest. The first one though is so * obvious, Valle can't try and win teh ball back or block it because the player pulls at him. I think if that was in the league it gets disallowed. In the end people aren't thinking about it as Celtic scored 5, and possibly don't want to discredit Falkirk.

No doubt Dallas Jr had something to do with it too.

There was one on Valle after both those by the main stand dug outs, covered and got infront of their player....was bundled over and no freekick..

That happened all game. Linesman right on top of it as well..

Don't know who those set of officials were, but they were out of their depth. Looked to be struggling to keep up with play all day as well..

Some will say sour grapes but first goal was as clear a foul as your ever likely to see.

Rodgers needs to tell Hatate to play to the whistle aswell as he was caught napping.

St Johnstone player handles ball then deliberately stops the restart. No yellow

Does it mean that every defender should run into a player on set pieces, play dead and in case of a goal, VAR will take care of the rest? that's an absolute shocking decision

Mental takes from Hutton and Mulgrew as well saying Trusty blocked him, blocked him from doing what lol he was running away to nowhere.

What I thought happened was he clocked Trusty making a run and tried to block Trusty but was too slow and ran into the side of him.

Theres no chance a ref should say thats a foul as Trusty isn't even travelling in the same direction of him, he's ran into Trusty. Means like said above at a set piece someone could just run into someone and go down and get goals disallowed, a cheat code to never conceding a set piece.

One of the most ridiculous decisions given against us and we’ve had loads to choose from

Aye attacking players don’t tend to block defenders in the box when they’re going for a cross. Defenders block attackers from going for the ball

I mean, where the * was he meant to go? On that basis, if Kyogo ran into a defender, is that an automatic penalty?

It would have been justice if Trusty's volley found the back of the net.

My conclusion.....trusty is a * unit and wanted it more. The other guy ran half hearted and even if trusty did put some oomph into his run...it's a contract sport and their defender just met a tank..simple..

I can see why it went to VAR due to a player on the deck....but the fact they saw 2 players, 1 tank, 1 a *, and gave a foul...it should set a precedent on what's allowed.

Only time that gets given as a foul is if it's the keeper coz they get too much protection

Wonder what would have happened if Trusty had went down also. The St.Johnstone player ran into him.

The accidental trip on Kuhn that he didn’t give was up there with the ridiculous as well.

Just seen the goals, that maeda first goal absolutely should not have been ruled a foul and disallowed.

Firstly, he ran in to trusty, trusty isn't even looking at him.
Secondly, what happened to the whole "attacking phase of play reset" they enjoyed showing us for a Hun goal in their wee self marked VaR show?
That incident had no involvement in that attacking phase of play if you reset it as often as they did for the Huns.
