Totally. We can't underestimate a team that hasn't been beat in the last 40 odd games and I'd like to see a mixture of our established players and one or two of the new guys

This is a cup quarter final against a team who are in good form. Changing half the team for me is not an option. We don't play again until next weekend and I think next weekends league game is an easier game than the one we face tomorrow. If CCV and AJ need a rest as speculated then they'd be my only 2 changes from Wednesday and bring in Trusty and Ralston. Blow Falkirk away as quickly as possible then get Bernardo, Idah, Valle and whoever else some minutes in the legs.

We really should be beating Falkirk with any first team we put together. They may be in form but they're in the Championship ffs.

I'm not being arrogant, we're overwhelming favourites for a reason.

We've got a * load of games coming thick and fast. We have a huge squad filled with quality. Games like this is when we're supposed to use it.

Yeah of course, we SHOULD beat any team in Scotland with any team we field. But that's not how football works and this is a cup final for Falkirk. Making too many changes isn't worth it.

We could get beat with a full strength team - that's football!

It can be a cup final for them but our cup final in Ange's last year was against Real Madrid and they beat us 5-1.

We haven't got a match until next weekend so therefore I wouldn't want to see us make too many changes after all this is a quarter final.

He's not going to play a full second string team with 9 or 10 changes......some folk advocating a brand new back 5 with Holm , Palma , Yang also starting .

Falkirk are a very tidy team better than a lot of SPL sides and bang on form. Already knocked Hearts out of this competition. Cup Quarter final. The few changes you'll likely see will be the likes of Bernardo, Forrest , Idah starting. He won't want any wobbles, we * this competition last year and it's not Spartans we 're playing .

Definitely need to use these games to get players up to speed, especially the likes of Valle. Anything happens to Taylor you need him to step in and be up to speed. Looking forward to seeing what he’s got

I get the whole “let’s not underestimate them” comments but even then, our backup options are more than capable of winning this, for me:

    Sinisalo
    Ralston Trusty Scales Valle
    McGregor
    Engels Bernardo
    Forrest Idah Palma

Yeah so you should be fielding your best available team to maximise your chance of winning... kind of arguing my point there...

    Not really, no.

You can't field your strongest every game. You have to rest players throughout the season so they can play in the 'harder' games. It's called squad management.

If we can't do it against a championship team at home, when can we do it?

I remember we had a game against them at Celtic Park in a bad season and we thought we would beat them easily so just got lazy and got beat 2-1.
    Was ashamed of their attitude.

Tricky tie, after the highs of the Champions League. Falkirk going well and well coached.

Need to guard against complacency, it's such a blessing that Callum has retired from International break, he's vital in games like this.
