He's not comparable to Allan or anyone like that.

Seen enough of him to know he has a lot to his game. Versatile too and can shift out wide. Turns well on it, good passing range, vision, set pieces, pace.

    He will do well.

He's fairly quick as well and good with the ball, someone said he looks very similar to McGregor earlier and I 100% agree.

Would be good to have a bit of pace in midfield, felt like we've lacked that since Christie left.

He’s actually got a very good scoring record coming from Dundee and previously Ayr , I know he can play on the wing but I’m sure he’s been mostly cm last 4/5 year . Think he might have a great career here. I actually think he would be a good swap with hatate in games as he’s very box to box and a good finished with a good touch and pass

I've not known too much about him if I'm honest, but seeing some regular naysayers in here lauding his signing has made me happy.

I watched his highlights video and you can see there is a wee touch of class there. Most importantly this is in a Dundee side and often he doesn't have the most time to work with.

I think there is a very decent chance playing here with better players and far more opportunities to assist and score his numbers will go way up.

The more I think about it the more I think this could be an inspired signing.

Although he’s 26 and was only at Dundee, I think he’s just been a bit unfortunate in his career. It looks like he got into Ayr United’s team a year late, then got his move to Dundee a year late, then Dundee got relegated so that costs him another year.

A bit more luck he maybe gets his move at 22/23 instead of 26 and it’s a similar trajectory to Armstrong.

Also sounds like he was miscast as a winger for a long time and then really found his feet only recently as a centre mid.

Take a look at joelinton at Newcastle, he was a striker up until he was about 24/25 and by all accounts he was * playing up there for them . At centre mid he is genuinely up there for the best in the league.

Was guessing he would've took 18 or 25 out of what's left

Thought he handled it very well, got about the pitch well and linked the play just keeping it simple. Can’t ask for much more him and Engles for their debut only being the door 2 days.

Think he'll be a great addition.

Admittedly I was a bit dejected when it went from Sanches to McCowan.

But after today, I'm more assured he can do a job. Did great when he came on imo. Will look forward to a few starts.
