Was just looking at free agents and saw a name we were linked with in the last Aaron Boupendza, initially thought interest only just turned 28 scored and created goals everywhere he has been since playing in Turkey in 20/21, all be it includes Middle East leagues and MLS. Strong, quick, cracking left foot and can play across the front 3. Thinking oh he would be perfect.

Then read why he was a free agent and he had his MLS contract terminated due to a number behavioural issues including getting his jaw broken by a professional boxer on a night out, getting kicked off the Gabon national team, being late back from international duty. Sad times as he could have been a good pick up if he wasn’t a clown off the field by the sounds of it.

Still think we should try sign Robert Skov but can’t see it happening.

Just read an article today saying they beat of competition from us, Midtjylland and Como to sign him. That’s a bit gutting if true as I think he is a cracking player and there would have already been an understanding there with Hatate.

 

Just seen Simon kjaer is a free agent, 35 but still played over 30 games for AC Milan last season. On a 1 year deal maybe? Was on the bench for Denmark last night too
