Watched his YouTube highlights reel there..if he was a player from a foreign league, we would be screaming for celtic to get him signed up. Very dynamic exciting player.

 

Rodgers has known about him before the start of the window. The club will have asked his agent and/or dundee to be kept informed if a club bid for him or made an acceptable bid. That way we have a chance to match or better it if there was value in the move.

 

Hibs are brutal atm so id imagine they will be holding out hope.
They missed out on Allan Campbell who would have been great for them. Mccowan could make or break their season.

Dundee have turfed out a fourth bid from Hibs for Luke McCowan.

The Easter Road club came back in with a potential £800,000 offer this afternoon. but the capital club has been informed that it has been turned down.

It remains to be seen if Hibs will go back in before the close of the window.

Celtic are expected to make a move for McCowan but they have yet to table an offer. Hibs have been chasing McCowan for several weeks and are trying to get a deal done before the close of the window.

The 26-year-old is also attracting interest from Celtic, who are also weighing up their own bid. McCowan has been a standout for Dundee over the last two seasons and is in the final year of his Dens Park contract.

 

If we’re interested were is the bid ? Leaving it a bit late ? Strange one . I would take him , especially if iwata is away .

I cant see Hibs going to £1m. I reckon they would push to £900k and then pull out.

I think Mccowan is also holding out for us. He must be praying for us to come in for him atm.

 

Definitely a back up option but I’d still take him, unless it’s only if Holm or Iwata are loaned out.

 

iwata looks like he’s going to Birmingham which makes me think we have something lined up, most likely for McGowan.
