I live in Charlotte and my local team is Charlotte FC. We have a CB that should be on Celtic's radar given the business we've done with them already. His name is Adilson Malanda and he is a young French defender that would be perfect for us In a couple years if CCV leaves.

Awful game this, like watching two * teams in the group stages of Copa America.

Our potential boy hasn't featured much. Looked lively in the first 5 minutes but since then just passed the ball back in promising positions. Hopefully not another Palma type.

Seems to be popping up at LW, CAM and RW.

 

Yep another previous la Liga 2 young player that could do a shift for us now. Hopefully Valle proves his worth.

And he's subbed off. Overall impression is that he doesn't look natural as a winger, reminded me of Stuart Armstrong a bit, powerful runner when he gets going and can get beyond the striker well, but sometimes sloppy in possession. Got an assist and had a goal disallowed.

As a winger? Looks worse than Palma to me. As a midfielder? I think he could be useful.

Based on one game though so * knows.

I'll stop chatting to myself now.

 

I don't think we are signing him to be a winger though, but you are right.

Aye I don't think so either, but alot of people have speculated about him being a Palma replacement/Balikwisha alternative, but I don't see that at all. Hope we're right and it's for centre mid.

 

Just finished and agree. Was a few flashes where he showed something but overall I didn't see much that showed a 8m player. Certainly don't feel as positive about him as I did before the game. Suppose it's hard to judge on one game where he may of been played out of his best position. The quality of the game itself seemed low.

On the bright side LA lost so he won't be doing so much celebrating/drinking etc. It may speed things up if he is a target.

 

Very difficult to judge in a tense Cup Final..

We'd need to trust the process on this one.. wonder if Mark Cooper has identified this one.

 

Would prefer Balikwisha as our new winger. He can't be that far away in terms of his injury think it was initially supposed to be 2 months he was out for.
