5 players on £20k a week in 8 weeks ago would of cost £800k we've seen us lose deals in the past haggling over 100k so it's not too big a leap to think there's something in it

 

Surely nobody actually believes Lawwell was going to stand with a brolly and have a serious discussion with fans about why our recruitment and transfer dealings have been an absolute shambles.

 

I take all this on board chaps. Neppers, I can't argue against your point and Ryan, I think it's certainly a collective issue. We've looked really tinpot in the last few windows and pre Ange overall for a number of years. Just one or a few issues infact..

I think people undermine their own position when they act like that. Much easier for their opinion to be written off as an extremist minority

 

We are all frustrated with the lack of new signings but to abuse Lawwell is just a scum thing to do.

The board need to tell us explicitly why, if we don’t get the correct players in by the end of next week.


Say for example Engels is our main target to replace O’Riley. We as fans all knew he was off either this window or the next dependant on if he wanted more CL experience. We need to replace him right fkin now, it doesn’t matter a * if it’s now or January. Get the correct replacement in and bed him as soon as possible, that’s how top teams should operate. We’re one in one out, then the replacements parent club tries to bend us over knowing how much we’re getting from selling our own player. * stuff, these so called clever, sticking rich * in the board room must know this tho, surely?

All joking aside, I can't help wondering about today's press conference. Rodgers makes it very clear in public that the responsibility lies with Nicholson and suddenly, it is leaked that we're getting close to a loan for a LB.

Just been reading Phil and he’s hinting that our chairman is on his way out of Celtic, he’s probably still struggling with Celtic spending £11m on a player

 

Hopefully this is true, about time that We started to modernise the Club.
