Let’s hope we get some quality in over the next few days.

Some of our bests players the last couple of years, Jota & CCV, and last season Bernardo and Idah were all loans, but you say "It holds us back"

I think myself and a few others will be happy with the players who come in this window, but others who believe the board can never do anything right will not.

Post below from a respected ITK from KDS, I know you won't believe any of it but if true then goes against everything your saying.

It was a joke about you not watching the 2nd half next Sunday when you said "4 I reckon"

Not disagreeing, but it's a rumour so thought worth posting :50:

Unless quoting KDS is classed as starting a fight and arguing with everyone, sorry :54:

Not trying to stir things up, just another poster who gets a few things right on KDS.

Off to bed now, got to get up earlyish tomorrow as in a Corporate box watching the Dockers against the Port tomorrow at Optus Stadium. Aussie Rules, last game of normal season before the play-off's start, 2nd playing 10th so hard game for the Dockers, but at home so have a chance (the Budgies got their * kicked today by the Cats, keeping them 3rd bottom).

The game next week feels pivotal. If we win tomorrow and beat rangers then I think while the lack of transfers will annoy fans, most will move on. At least until January. If rangers were to win a couple of days after the transfer window closes I think the mood music will change very quickly.

This is based on the highly highly unlikely scenario that we don't sign anyone in the next week and then lose to them at home ? Yes the mood would change . In reality we will sign a few new players and beat them.

Imagine a world where we get

    O'Shea £14m
    Bogus £7m
    Engles £8m
    Winjdal £6m
    Sanchez £3m

There is £38m add that to the £13m we have spent is £51m

We have taken since march in £51m (if MJ deal gets done) so haven't touched a penny of the £82m in the bank and still have guaranteed UCL cash which will take the bank to over £100m

    * wild man to have that amount of cash

Not sure I’ve even opened the OShea thread. Seemed like a non starter and I’ve never seen any credible links.

Engels is the big one for me. Hopefully get some more on that tonight from someone like McGowan or that.

    Engels
    LB
    LCB
    ST loan with option

Maeda Forrest Kuhn Yang Palma is pro oh enough out wide but if something popped up we should take a look. Or If one leaves.

    Would take that.

Yeah I see this seems to not come into mind a lot with fans. You can’t just add every few we receive, CL payments etc and claim that’s how much money we have.

Our monthly wage bill will be into the milllons for a start.
