A few from Colgagh at the weekend, it was a really slow quiet morning so i was delighted to see the Fox passing on the far shore.

Aye john, they really are beautiful creatures, it does the heart good to witness one go about its business unchallenged.

Today while fishing I was watching Ospreys as well. What happened I have never seen before .I set out at about 1045 and left at about 1645 and saw at any time at least 4 Ospreys sometimes I am sure 5.No idea if it was the same 5 but I would doubt it by the regularity of their appearances .We do have a usual fly by every day for food by what appears to be one or possibly 2 pairs as they disappear in different directions. This lot headed out in 3 directions so it looks like we have 3 pairs locally and this is mum dad and the kids feeding for the long trip south or its a heap of them doing a Macdonalds on the way.I saw them leave with £70 quids worth of our clubs stock and up to now it only been one or two they have to live its a long trip good luck.

@Johniebhoy. Your pictures perfectly show that each creature has their own personality/something that stands out. This is something I love about nature and I think you've captured it beautifully. It looks as though you are in actual paradise taking snaps till your hearts content but no doubt it must take some patience and forethought.
Its nice to see them again after revisiting this thread. Hope all are enjoying

Thanks B.A., I’m lucky to be living within a short drive to the coast, forest, lochs and farmland so I’m kinda spoiled for choice of places to enjoy photographing the wildlife, it takes a fair bit of patience at times when there’s not much around but it can change in an instant and really make your day when a creature you weren’t expecting to see comes into view, I hope you enjoy looking at the pics as much as I enjoy taking them :50:

Yesterday on my local patch with Ruby Roo of course i was delighted to see a female Sparrowhawk and a female Kestrel have a friendly exchange in the air together. Then shortly after the local pair of Peregrine put on a fine lengthy show with some vocals.

And this morning a superb juvenile Goshawk flew over my local patch and with 3 Buzzards seen this morning, a neat 5 species of raptor in 2 outings.

Thanks Bhoys :50:, the trail cam can be a bit hit and miss, sometimes you can be lucky and the bait will be taken, sometimes not, but it's all part of the fun.:50:
