Now it's the Celtic exchange podcast

 

I'm taking the positive of him repeating this all summer though, specially on the back of January nonsense.

Not sure what it will mean I've the next 11 days, or what he does come September, but I'm intrigued for it all.

We are actually a no2 GK better off than last season for accuracy sake..

 

Also because our teams young it's developing so keeping them together in it's self Improves them. We don't always need to replace 5 people a year.

 

This window is running dangerously close to being one of our worst ever.

They better have signings lined up. A few injuries and we're *. Going into the CL with our current team is going to end really badly.

 

Celtic State of Mind

Its a really good podcast imo and it was not the hosts that said it. It was a few other Celtic fans(?). In general there is so much fans with completely different opinions than most on here. People who prefer Palma to Maeda, Ralston for AJ etc. Its very often i see this type of comments

 

There is no reason we couldn't sign engles if matt stays the dosh is there ffs. Aaron connelly on a free aye as a third choice 100%

 

Id seriously question his mentality, but he can do a job out wide too and if you could get his head right he would tear apart defences up here. Would be a great option instead of Palma.

well he got them to fork out upwards of £8m on Idah so I'm also hoping he's got influence with those above him too, still feels like we need to get a lot done in the next 11 days though - even for a proficient board.

We won 1 game in Europe last season. Even for the players who are currently here they need new recruits to help them. We don't need 5 players every year but we do need to improve every year and you can't expect guys who've proven to struggle at that level to suddenly raise their game so drastically in 12 months.

 

At least 4 needed if MOR goes ideally 5 with a winger as you say.

11 days to do it. Madness.

 

Looks like MOR is going to Brighton. If we get Engels and McCowan in, that would do very nicely.

 

Try for Sima along with 25m.

 

I fear we have left it too late which is what many predicted would happen. Losing Oriley is now inevitable.

We need minimum 4 players in - LB/CM x2 and then either a winger or CB. I’d rather a really good CB as I think we can get away with the wingers we have. Strengthening our defence for Europe is vital if we are to have any chance at progressing.

 

Honestly rather not bother with McCowan.
Lennon miller would be the better option, of course would cost more, but he would offer more as well.

I get the argument of Miller over McCowan. I’d like us to sign Miller. But in terms of first team impact this season, in my eyes it’s pretty clear who the better player is and it’s not that close. McCowan is probably the best outfield player in the league outside Glasgow.

 

I don't think he would have that much of an impact.

As our midfield stands, he isn't getting in to it at all.
Lose MOR and he's not quality enough replacement for him.
