I would like to see him at least on the bench for this if not starting the game. Until we get another left back in we only have Taylor as a senior option. It looks like we will at least have another striker so not solely relying on Kyogo.

I’d like to see him get some minutes if we’re ahead he will be a quality player I think. I have a feeling we’re going to sign beck though and if that’s the case Anderson will need another loan

 

Yeah I am thinking the same. I had hoped we went all in on a more physical left back that could provide width down that side and give us a completely different option to Taylor.

Beck at least in an attacking sense seems a good player. I think it is likely that we are wanting him cheaper than Liverpool are willing to sell given his contract situation.

 

Is playing LC cup games on the weekend a new thing? Thought they were usually midweek fixtures.. memories shot to * folks haha

 

In the interest of continuity, should be same starting 11.
I dont think there is an hour in Forrest these days, so half each for him and Maeda.

 

We need to give the fringe players a chance, some youth players too or they'll never improve.

That should still be more than enough. Then bring on more youngsters towards the end

I hope we make some changes.

When the European campaign starts we are going to have to start rotating and it makes sense to get some game time into some of our bench players in the league cup. Our bench is weak but we should still be more than good enough to rotate a few players and still see off at hibs.

I expect Bernardo to start and if Idah is match fit I think he might get the nod. Those 2 plus Sinasalo and maybe Ralston would be enough in my opinion.
