    Yes, I said I wasn't sure we'd beat Rangers; but the topic of that assertion was the league and not a single game. I did not say I wasn't sure we'd beat Rangers in a single game.

    What if I were to flip this statement of yours on its head and say that if I'd meant "in a single game", I would've said that? Of course in reality, we both know that we don't usually feel the need to specify meanings that are clear in context.

    From what little i've seen of the huns they look dreadful, but we shouldn't buy into the narrative that because they're * we'll romp the League, we may well do but it's all about what we do, that's why we need to get the finger oot and get players in the door.

    If we focus on ourselves and do the right thing, we could have a very exciting season ahead.

    But that's with a full strength side. Take MOR out and Hatate having a mare and we look a different team.

    We needed a fair bit of working doing to the squad this summer and so far it hasn't happened.

    Haven't seen them yet, mate. I hope they are as crap as people say. I remember people saying they'd fold last summer and they were right; but I also remember similar comments the summer before the Covid season.

    None of us really knows how the Huns will be this year. The thing is that if we get this window right, we have the resources and the manager to win regardless of what they do. We'll have a much better idea when the window closes.

    This is a good point. We’re playing well just now but the drop off from our first choice players will be obvious when they’re not available.

    Aye and it hasn't happened yet thankfully but there's absolutely no way we'd not see some sort of drop even if MOR stayed, with this current crop. 8 euro games to play as well. Fortunately at the moment we are on 1 game a week.

    They just won't have the ability to keep going. The team is being held up by about 8 or 9 players.

    Considering the money we've spent on the squad we aren't getting enough out of it. Rodgers has done well to do what he has so far.

    Just can't get my head around our approach to this window. Hoping we are all happy by the end but time is running out.

    Sevco have the same amount of games in Europe to play as us, and will have 2 more if they win tomorrow night.

    Still need minimum 3 first team players to come in (CH, LB, Winger) inclusive Idah, if that happens we should win a double at least and could have a good run in Europe.
