For those who are in love.....
Some of the football in display man..

Could tell we'd carry our pre season form on..

The tempo and how quick we got forward. The things we were trying from flicks at freekicks and Reo in open play that just failed to get over the head woulda been goal of the season..

We know exactly what we're doing. Honestly thought we were terrific and it was 4 going on 8..

Excited as * for the season..

    1 down, 37 to go.

Great display to start the season against a tight Kilmarnock set up.

Can’t really fault anyone and Sun In Scajes scored a heider from a set piece! Wonder of wonders!

Edit, should we not have had two penalties? Their keeper wiped Kyogo out twice, one in each half.

Celtic were brilliant today, solid at the back, played fast flowing football. Players look surprisingly sharp for a season opener, as if they've just took the winning momentum they left off with last season. Killie were really wasteful though in the final third. I'm sure Killie were suffering from half the team being injured also. Regardless, 4-0 is a top performance and great for Schmeichel to get a clean sheet on his debut. Good to see his dad at Parkhead today to watch him, another legend of a goalie. We need a striker last week. When we were 3-0 up and Rodgers is keeping Kyogo on, I'm starting to think he knows about a signing we don't, hopefully anyway, he needs to be wrapping Kyogo in cotton wool until this Idah nonsense is sorted. Kuhn is going to be some player for us, a player I doubted to really succeed watching him last season, but wow what a start he's having, one of our brightest players right now to be honest along with usual world class O'Riley and Carter-Vickers.

Great start to the season, against a 10 man defence. Kuhn looked the part today.

8/10 performance. Good to see us being on the front more than much of our games last season.

Corners were played into the box. Players happy to pass long balls up the park and our play had real intent at times. There was little sterile passing and our wide men got forward more often than not.

It's a different style of play from Brendan and we look better for it.

Good start to the season. I don’t actually think we got out of second gear today, and we still looked impressive. Completely dominated the game from start to finish, and 4-0 probably didn’t tell the full story as it really should have been more. Don’t think we had a player who had a bad game either. There were a few standouts, Hatate in particular, but everyone was solid.

We still need to get numbers in and fast though, because all it takes is a few injuries to key players and the level can drop significantly, which is what happened last season in the lead up to Xmas. Kyogo went straight up the tunnel after the whistle as well, and I think it was because he wasn’t right after the collision with the keeper. That’s a concern, especially given he is out only option just now.

Huns playing catch up already though, and we have laid down an early marker today.

Good strong win today, brilliant way to start the season.

Even the weak kinks in Taylor and Scales both had good solid games.

Good forward play, nice passing and Kuhn looked very good.

Tempo could still go up, but that is beside the point for today.

Good win, let's build and keep going.
