Don't think it'd be 6.5 million for us, feel like SPFL teams would want a premium if us or the huns go after their players.

Im suprised West Brom never came back to take him full time with the impact he made when he went there and they finished only 2 points in front of Norwich so wouldnt be a terrible move for him but I get why you wouldnt want to leave Celtic, I would need to be dragged and papped oot the door by force if it was me.

I think we want Idah as he was here and made some impact and has fitted in. Miovski is starting again despite knowing what he can potentially bring to the table. Just frustrating as * this whole saga

Controversial.....But id rather we went for someone else if those are the prices....IMO i didnt rate him as high as maybe others do.

I get he scored in the Final...and ran riot in the last game...But i actually thought he was not as good as people made him out to be.

Not saying hes utter * or anything...but for that money and the way they are * about we should move on.

And we better have others lined up....because this is where we falter.

A big part of the problem is we're conditioned now into thinking £6M is a big fee for a striker. In actual fact it's peanuts. We signed Hartson for £6M over 20 years ago and that's the equivalent to us spending £11M-£12.5M on a player now. We constantly rely on developing players and punting them on for profit. And to be fair that has worked well for us. But it literally only works because we haven't had much competition in the league over the last decade and we can afford to take these punts and still mop up domestically. Exactly why we've regressed in Europe as every single year we sell our best players and weaken the squad. And this window looks no different.

Got to be honest it's been a massive surprise to me the amount of folk who don't rate the big man. Genuinely thought we'd all be choking to bring him home due to his big-game, quality moments. Funny auld game.

He wants the move, we want the move, the Norwich manager wants a look at him.

That’s the impasse the Norwich board are at. His Agent clearly told him to rock the boat and he has so let’s see what the outcome of that ends up being.

We’ll pay 6 for him IMO, which makes me think they want a lot more. Which is why he and his Agent have both went rogue. They both know we’re at the point now where if it doesn’t happen it may never because we will move on quickly be it Miovski or anyone else and when that happens he may never have another chance to sign for Celtic.

Going by Kyogo of last season I'd agree, but the wee man has looked scintillating in pre season. Reckon it will be extremely interesting to see how it pans out having both available, excited as * at the thought of it.

Ideal world I'd sign him and Miovski with the view to Kyogo moving within the next 12 months. Which I think he will.

Issue is keeping them all happy for that first year. Other issue is the fact we would never in a million year do that.

    Aye. Just a feeling.

Will be 4 years by that point and could see him maybe wanting to try something different.

Changing agents hasn't helped my feeling either tbf.

Just seen that in the Kyogo thread there. I wouldn't be too worried about that at this stage tbh, reckon if he's happy and feels loved he'll no be looking at moving on in the slightest.

Even if he did, bringing in Miovski as a future replacement doesn't really work, assuming we get Idah. Miovski isn't really at that stage, he's good enough to be at least rotation option. Would need to be either/or imo.

Idah kicking up a stink to try and force a move. All we need now is for him to pay the transfer fee himself. What a * about as usual.

If they have upped their valuation compared to when we first loaned then I’m glad Celtic are not budging secondly I’d rather spend 5 m on miovski and the money staying in our league than over paying for idah

Different if they drop their asking price to 5-6 million though
