I see the logic of loaning him out to develop him but I think selling him is a better option as I can’t ever see him overcoming his physical limitations.

 

Made some lovely runs last night, including the ones for the Forrest goal and the one he made a backside of the finish.

If someone could coach into him a bit of composure he could be a good player.

 

It was a shame he missed that one at the end. Good performance otherwise

 

I really want it to happen for him but he has a lot of improvements to make.

Genuinely think 1 v 1 he’s as good as anyone we’ve had going back as far as McCourt/McGeady.

Once he beats his man he always * himself.

The one game he did have a final ball was Aberdeen at home and he looked ridiculously good that day.

 

His decision making and final ball need drastic improvement. Frustrating because his 1v1 ability is very good.

But if he doesn't fix that sharpish he'll be out the door and rightly so.

 

His numbers for a Celtic winger are unbelievably bad.

1 goal in 24 is crazy in a Celtic team, especially when a Rodgers team traditionally looks for his wide men to be as big a threat as his striker.

 

I very much doubt he will ever make the grade to be a good regular at celtic. Good luck to the guy but I just don't see anything to suggest that he can move up a couple of levels.

 

Hopefully we can move him on and sell him, another project that didn’t hit the mark in Scottish football.

 

Can’t take to him, tries hard and has energy but like a headless chicken inthink. Can do one or two nice things then 10 the opposite

 

It's interesting how one moment tarnishes people's perception if a performance. He was good last up until that moment. Nice assist, won the pen. Shame he can't finish his dinner

 

I've been supportive of him the whole time he's been here, think he's got a lot of talent. But that excuse of a shot was just embarrassing.

 

He just looks terrified in front of goal. Great assist for Forrest but most confident players would have taken the shot on themselves. And that attempt at the end was farcical.

Can go past players but he needs to be more clinical/ruthless if he has any chance of making it here.

 

I actually think his whole game took a bit of a nosedive after he got his assist. Seems like a psychological thing.

Makes you wonder if we signed the wrong Yang. We've got previous with Bangura tbf so not l totally out the question.

 

I know we half joke....

But they both did come from the same club as well.
By looks of it, they promoted the spurs Yang the time we bought our Yang.

If we've been told there is an exciting young Yang at Gangwon FC - as you say - it's not totally out the question.

That said, I do think Yang has a bit of something to him. But needs more game time, consistency and a bit more strength and confidence.

We didn't sign the wrong Bangura, the other one was mince too!

 

Our Yang won K league young player of the year. We definitely signed the right guy ffs, of course it's out of the question
