He’s one of us. Said he’s joined ange because “he’s seen a lot of him as he’s a massive Celtic fan”.

Elliot Anderson to forest for 35m...mental...Newcastle also sold that minteh to Brighton for about the same and never kicked a ball for them. Half decent loan to Feyenord tho. Very strange.

Brighton are well run so I kind of trust their judgement, although I didn't think Minteh did that well. Probably needs a loan out straight away when Brighton need a goal scorer. It will probably be a few years before you see much out of him.

Elliot Anderson, I actually understand more. He's young, has played okay in the premier league (although hampered by back injury) and he started quite a few games.

I think young players is an odd market, I think it's vastly overinflated but these prices seem the norm, sadly.

Agree with everything you said but I do think there’s been a few gentlemen’s agreements here to avoid ffp. A few of Chelsea’s recent sales and buys are very odd

This Man City Savinho transfer stinks to the high heavens. Just plain faced cheating they way he has moved around clubs in this 'City Football Group'. He was Troyes record signing yet never played a game for them as they suffered back-to-back relegation.

    They've paid £33 million... to themselves :43:

It looks like plain money laundering.

Absolute madness Basel had a 50% sell on fee for him. Think they’ve got their record fee…..for him being sold by another club! Haha

At age 20 he's had a really good season with 20 goal contributions and played at the Copa America for Brazil. I think the dodgy thing is them underpaying to keep FFP. Given the price of players his age who've done * all, it's a very low price in today's market.

Maresca will be sacked before Xmas at Chelsea. Another one they will be paying for sitting in the house.

Feel like he’ll be like every West Ham attacking signing….not score in his first 5 games, not be given time to settle in. Be benched for Antonio….then sold after a year.
Dont think he’ll suit the club

Think 27m for a 31 year old on a 4 year deal is a lot. He's decent enough but he isn't a massive goal scorer.

Spurs paid £65m for Solanke. Had 1 good season and I bet he doesn't ever repeat it.

I didn't even think of it like that tbh, always expected him to be a bit of a big lump of wood but he's impressed me the couple of times I've watched him. Will see what happens.

I didn't realise he was that old or they paid that much for him, still think he will be decent for them, but we shall see.
That is a wild fee for Solanke, he was really good last season but had never been overly impressed with him before then and you're probably right he won't repeat it. Transfer fees in EPL are crazy.
