Celtic Transfers 2024

GK position sorted and they've got it pretty much spot on and I have been highly critical of this window so far.

We desperately need players moved on as well as coming in. There's really not a lot of time left to do all this in.

I just want to see Celtic pull a few shocks off in Europe this year

 

Massive is an understatement, We will probably sign Idah and Bernardo, get shot of 3 or 4 and that will be our lot, job done, Board are happy.

 

GK position sorted just need the following:

LB
CB
CDM
CAM - 10 type.
RW
ST

For me that’s the bare minimum and all first team ready quality to come right into the side and make a difference.

We get that then it’s been the window that we need. Anything short of that and once again we have been let down.

We get what we need this window and we bury them Zombie * pigs and at least try and Europe.

 

Seems to have gone quiet with regards to outgoings aswell for the likes of say lagerbielke who’s been heavily linked with a move away and kobiyashi etc. I’m hoping the club are still working away on ins and outs in the backround while the squad is in America

 

I am really starting to believe the talk of the club only really focusing on a limited number of deals at one time due to capacity issues in our set up.

I also think despite the cash position, we are looking to sell before making any serious signings.

The last 4 transfer windows have badly exposed how poor our scouting and player identification is. It has left us with a stockpile of junk players, I actually think we could probably sell most of them and recoup some of the fees lost but I fear our board will look to Rodgers to work miracles with most of them which he has made clear won’t happen.

We badly need to add what Rodgers first said when he joined some pace and power, particularly to left back, left centre back; the wings, centre midfield and a striker option. I think we would absolutely steam roller the league and become more robust in Europe by doing so.

 

I fear this could be exactly what the soul-sucking * will do.

 

Guaranteed, They don't care if We end up weaker than last season or if Supporters are not happy with them, they don't care as they are right and We are wrong no matter what.

He's a mind reader, always knows what the board is thinking and what their plans are.. he posts like he's the most ITK guy around and doesn't realise it's stuff he's just made up in his head.

 

I’ve got a feeling the majority of our business will be done near the end of the window when the PL start finalising their squad list for the season … can see us trying for some Frimpong type signings.

Hope things start speeding up a bit soon though, we’re 2 weeks away.

 

I’m sure someone on here posted we had scouts at the copa America. Wonder if we will see any signings from that tournament

 

Reports a couple of weeks ago had us watching 18 year old Andy Rojas, as third choice striker/winger to replace Vata, not sure if any other specific names have popped up since.

 

Its the same * every season, hoping against hope that the team on the park will be far stronger and better equipped before than it was the previous season but it never happens, the Club never build on a position of strength.

 

Siegrist been given permission to travel to Romania to join Lennys team.

Pretty sure we gave him a free transfer this summer to get him off the books. Would be another good one to move on.

 

Pretty * so far, 2 goalies and the possible resigning of bernardo and idah is in reality pretty * and doesn't improve the overall squad.

All it needs is one of our main players leaving and it's disastrous window.

 

I think that was knocked on the head when their manager or president or some * said they wanted 3 or 4 million for him..

 

Jesus * man, the window doesn't close the morra. This place is a cesspit of * making things up in their heads and thinking it's real, what is wrong with some of our support, almost willing us to fail

It's the same 4 posters as well, they complain, make a * joke about "Monitoring" the target, then when we sign a player they go quiet for a few days before piping up again.

We'd all like things to move along, but if we get Bernardo sorted out, that's 3 good signings already done, there'll be more.

If we're still in the same state come the middle of August, by all means complain.
