He scored some crackers and was flavour of the month (or two) down here..

No outlandish really for a quick goalscoring winger who can beat a man. International. Good age..

Hopefully we get the full 6. Would be good for all parties..

 

People think £6m for idah or bernardo is too much. This is just modern pricing.

 

6 million? Christ I would’ve been delighted with 3.

 

If we sell Mikey for £6mill to the championship, knowing our luck Norwich will then demand £13mill for Idah

 

He's probably had as much an impact for WBA as Idah has for us so 6 mil not out the question.

 

West Brom have spent about £2m over the past 4 windows so I doubt they will stump up the cash, very few Championship teams do. Usually relegated teams wanting to go back up are the ones who spend. His wasn't getting many goal contributions by the end of his loan either. It might not be out of the question but it's extremely unlikely, and Football Insider reporting on it makes it even less likely.

 

Maybe WBA won't go to 6 but another championship team might take a punt at that. Fingers crossed anyway.

 

WBA have new owners that have spent a lot of money on the club so are expected to splash cash.

 

They want money aswell *

* knows mate, I don't watch English football but going by the reports he did pretty well there, scored a few cracking goals and played nearly every game from the start, but I could be wrong.

Idah, who I like, was more of an impact sub for us and scored some important goals. So it's hard to say who had the biggest impact.

It's not out the question some english team fork out 6mil for him imo.

 

Best hope would be a relegated team with money to spend, Burnley might think he'd be worth £5/6million as he might get 15 goals and 15 assists and would help them get promoted again.

 

A part of me want to give him the chance again as i have always seen a really good player / potential in him, but if decent money is presented this could be our only chance of a payday for him. Not sure tbh.

I have stopped caring about money as we rarely see any respectable sums being reinvested in the squad.

 

Hamish on Celtic AM saying in the closed door game against Burnley that we beat them 3 - 1 with MJ scoring 2 and Holm getting 1. Anyone know if that's right?
