Share your music you've made

cheers mate i really appreciate it! Only VST I use is arcade for samples, only to add elements at the end but all of my melodies are drawn in using the synths from reason 12. I had a lot of practice and experimented with making melodies when i was younger using reason 3. If I take the tune 'going nowhere' for example, i'm not happy with the beat, I often rush it and my mate says the drums are too loud.
so am gonna redo the beat and try something dnb inspired. I really want something cleaner because the i messed it up.
I'm also completely tone deaf when it comes to the micro details like mastering and stuff like that.
Your music sounds clean and professional, did you study or take any music courses?

 

yeah its hard to stay objective when it comes to gain levelling etc - I end up tinkering with things like that for too long and sucks the fun out of it at times. I'm completely self-taught and have no musical background whatsoever - essentially I was a DJ who wanted to break into the industry and was advised to take up production so been doing it as a hobby and ended up getting releases for the first time last year. The labels get the tracks mastered for you as part of releasing digitally.

 

Nice! I always imagine it being difficult to get your music out there and basically have some backing or people who care about your music. I hope you are getting some wedge for that from royalties etc. I feel like I have to balance the fun with some hard work and get out my comfort zone, moving forward its all about learning at a fast pace and talking to you guys.
A dude on xbox offered me a business opportunity. You know them * adverts for fake mobile games? He wanted to use my music for something like that but I saw red flags in that idea.

not so much money as these days streaming is not worth a lot of money until you're in the millions of plays but hoping it raises my DJ profile and start getting more bookings in time.

Keep doing your thing mate and post them in here I'm always up for checking out new music it helps motivate me to do more. I've got a release coming on a compilation album in August so I'll share it when its out.

Cheers mate I really like that. You must have a good library of sounds and have learned your own teknique. Again it sounds really professional though it would also bang out someones speakers. Nice one, would be fitting for radio, many would enjoy
