Doubt it mate not as if we are going to be signing players now just cause we are out. Something ain't adding up we are back today for pre season aswell

 

Maybe after these first round games, if we're looking for players when they come home something might happen.

Got a bad feeling it'll be us * around trying to do deals for Idah and Bernardo, when that bolsters nowt.

 

Does he need an operation? Was there not talk when his Achilles went he was putting off surgery to play at the euros?

It's clear to me what's going on, the whole club are on holidays or at the euros.. be another 2/3 weeks for me before we start seeing any sort of significant movement

Now that Scotland shat the bed we can just get back to focusing on celtic.

I'll be really surprised if we spend that amount, regardless of sales. Hope I'm wrong but can't see a load of incoming players, although a goalkeeper is an absolute must. If we're unable to identify and sign a suitable replacement by start of the season we're doing something horribly wrong.

 

Well that's it official Celtic the only Scottish premiership team to not make a signing this window yet. The richest club in Scotland are standing still again, by the looks of it. Ye could have signed players and had them join up after the internationals other clubs can do it!

Highly doubt it's due to wages. He's been here for a year. Find it unlikely we didn't know what he was on before now

 

Not that fussed if We got Him or not, fairly average player and definitely not a first team starter, onwards and upwards

He's a good player. Will always remember him fondly for his goal against the huns, and his involvement in the cup win. But if we can't match his demands, we move on.

If he’s on £25k a week at Benfica then if we’ve attempted to offer him lower wages it’s a riddy. That wage is really nothing these days in football. By all accounts the huns are paying diddies like Goldson and Tavernier more than that.

If Rodgers wants him, pay the money. It’s really that simple.

 

Don’t know if we were paying full wack, but I read somewhere he’s guaranteed £1m a year at Benfica, AFTER tax.
