With the estimated profit and cash at bank come 30th june we really should be buying a few players before a week on Sunday.

Just feel I have seen this movie so many times in the past, sitting with plenty money in the bank, our foot on their throats and all it needs is a bit of a spend and we sink that foot. But with this board, they just seem happy to nod off at the wheel

 

I genuinely thought we would have a couple in the door for the non international players returning for pre season this Monday

 

Me too, surely targets for certain positions, would have been identified and the trigger pulled on first day of the window.

 

No doubt we will have registered interest in players, made offers to out of contract players and been asked to kept informed but would rather see some players with a celtic scarf above their heads.

 

All our signing targets are at the Euros

Wouldn't be surprised if we only started looking for a replacement for Hart when the season ended.

6 months of a heads up clearly wasn't enough time to identify a target.
