It isn't a good look for our league when the manager will watch another league rather than our own.

    Brilliant!

You forget at times we still have the cup final. There'll def be a few more strings getting pulled. That bearded bowling balls world is getting smaller by the day.

    Keep it coming.

Whilst I get it your point, it's another of a long list of very subtle * you to the huns. Like they mean nothing. Me and the bhoys will sort it tomorrow.

That's my take on it. I'd probably watch it as well, but they're good value for a laugh the now. The orcs are seething and ready to blow.

Well I take back the ridiculous comment, a bit flippant on my part.

I think they had 2 clear chances and 1 half chance (silva shot). We had 2 clear chances and maybe 3 or 4 half chances (mainly clear shots from edge of box). So yeah, on balance of chances, you could argue we werent THAT much better, despite dominating the play.

That said, I don't think for a second that Rangers were happy to be dominated in that way, despite their chances. I think they failed to get a foothold in the game which you could argue is a tactical fault. Their 2 clear chances came from cross balls, their half chance came from an error. Our chances all came from patterns of play where we overloaded their midfield and created a spare man. Aye they exploited a weakness, but it's pretty basic tactics of putting balls into the box. Yes, it's a taxticalnand personel failing of ours, but I don't think it means we were outdone tactically in that half. I think it's the most dominant we've been in a Derby this season.

Of course he’ll be watching the big one down south, who GAF about the Huns tonight?

He’ll tell John Kennedy to text him if they’re 2 down, failing that * them.

The comment doing the rounds in the papers about him having a second XI that pumped the first XI 5-0 in a bounce game during his first spell..

I'm not sure our depth was ever THAT good in his first spell. The first season it was probably at its best but I always felt we really struggled to kick on squad wise with him. Particularly in defence, he made very little alterations there..largely as whomever we bought was average mind you.

I'd be aiming for the best we can possibly do, he relied latterly on a lot of the same players first time around.

The bounce game thing could in theory be possible. Ajer, Boyata, Forrest and McGregor weren't first picks although the later 2 got lots of games that first season. Griffiths was 2nd choice too and he still scored a few.

This is the type of football he's been wanting us to play, but he's not been able to show it.

We've been missing Hatate, CCV, McGregor, A Johnston, Maeda, Nawrocki and Iwata for a large chunk of the season, and we sold Starfelt, Jota and lost Mooy and didn't properly replace any of them.

Back the man and we'll be dominant for years to come.

Funny old game ehh we all thought we did so poorly in Jan window and rangers done better business … our signings have contributed more and arguably swung the title our way
