Not a bad number for 26 year old to be fair, he's also played 13 internationals on top of that.

Again I'm more than happy for him to stay beyond the end of his contract (2025) but we need quality on the left. He hasn't had anybody challenging him for the position since he's been here, which isn't good for his development. He's had Laxalt, Boli and Bernabei against him.

He is infuriating. A major contributor to so many of the flaws that our team has.

He cannot play the traditional LB role. I don’t think he’s a bad guy and he tries, but I’d be reluctant to even keep him as a backup after this season. That’s how * he’s been. The only thing he’s got going for him is that he’s home grown.

 

Need better. He's a good footballer but we need so much better.

 

I'll be completely demoralised if he's our first choice LB again next season. An exemplary back up, but * sake his weaknesses have been getting exploited every week all season.

I like the guy but enough is enough now.

Poor today although he never hid which I respect him for. We obviously need better to progress as a team but we knew that anyway.

 

We all love a trier, but he's not good enough. Surely between this and GK are our number 1 priorities this summer.

Does anyone still think teams don’t target him? It was evident again today that the huns gamelan was to isolate him at the back post from crossed balls. Scored one from it and could have scored earlier after he got bullied by Sterling. By a country mile the weakest link in our team.

We really have to get the LB signing right. No harm to him but he wasn't a player suited to us when he signed 5 years ago and he still isn't.

 

Targeted and exposed again today, cant wait to see the back of him, contributes so little.
Dread to think what would happen if Maeda was not in front of him.

 

Love the wee man's attitude. Has got a lot to offer despite his limitations. Hope he sits and verbally destroys * that bad mouth him online to his mates, calls them hun * and pm's them asking what team they play for.

Will be a phenomenal backup LB.

 

Taylor does not deserve the * he gets on here must of the time. Aye, he's not as good in this role compared to the inverted role under ange, but remember how * we were earlier in the season when he was Injured?

I would like us to upgrade on our LB position as it's needed we only have Taylor and that's not good enough. Should he still be a part of the team, absolutely, he's a contributer to the team even when they target him and given how that's the main avenue they used the full game we still outplayed them and, we need homegrown for 2
