Think he's been poor this season. He's had some good games including the one 3 or 4 games back that I think I said was his best for us.

Today, on the basis that he disappeared and left Kuhn doing his job for parts of the game I'd say today was his worst.

 

Shambles today..

So so negative. Wanted to go back constantly, even under no pressure. Needles, daft fouls and pish passing..

Pisstake of a performance..

 

Hes been * all season and thats a fact.. Seems to go under the radar how * he's been because we spend most our time moaning about Scales and Taylor..

 

This is the player that have suprised me the most. When he came in he had about everything. Fire, passion, skill and determination but he have been * for a long time now. I genuinely dont think its all down to him though.

 

Constantly stretching to get the ball because he’s on his heels. Regularly overhits simple passes. Makes stupid fouls.

We need better than him.

 

I think the injury at the end of last season, him then going on international duty and making it worse and missing preseason have all played a major part in his drop off in form.

There is a decent player in there but he looks to be running on fumes just now and has been for long spells of this season. It doesn’t help like so many positions in our squad he has no real competition for his place.

 

The amount of silly fouls he gives away is infuriating.

 

Agree with this 100%, the late kick on their strikers ankle, could have resulted in a card....dont think it was malicious, but considering the position on the pitch, the risk of walking a red-card tightrope......just needs to settle back to the original AJ we all love

 

He’s had a handful of good performances this season but nowhere near how he was playing last season. He’s either still carrying an injury or confidence is totally shot.

 

Has shocked me how much of a drop off this year. Hopefully a reset in the summer. Not helped right wing has been a problem all year.

 

Not been great, but neither has most of our team. Probably doesn't help that he was injured and missed pre season (not sure how much he missed - but coming back from an injury straight into it, or joining a few weeks in, is still * against the wind).

 

One of many good players we have, that have struggled to produce their best this season. That is a failure on the manager's part. Be it mental or tactical.

A reset in the summer and AJ will be a * warrior once again next season, if Rodgers can manage things the way he is capable of.

Aye, Silva had him.

 

Never looked comfortable.

Should have been off earlier in the second half given he looked to be seriously struggling following the tackle on him.

 

One of his worst performances of the season, thats saying something because he's been woeful all season

 

Thought he started well but was poor after 15 mins or so. Was exposed for the goal, so not going ti blame him there

 

Aye goal wasn't on him. Can't ask him to cover 2 players.
