If we win the league and SC this season, is that us overtaking deadco as most successful team in Scotland?

I remember the last time we signed a striker that played for a team near relegation yet was scoring for fun. He came here and netted 40 goals. We must sign him. He's easily the best striker in the league. His movement is good, his finishing in superb, he's got strength and speed, can hold up, play on the shoulder. He'd be a bargain if it cost £5m.

Kyogo wasn’t isolated. He just didn’t have a good game. We had plenty possession in Aberdeen’s final third with a lot of players in the area. He recognised that McGregor was struggling and replaced him. A lot of managers would have perhaps left their captain on the park. Iwata made a huge difference.

The penalty takers would have been decided before yesterday. So saying he allowed him to take one is a pointless comment. The other players after clearly didn’t feel confident enough either. Having no game plan to see the game out? Well had Idah not missed a sitter, it would have been 4-2 and game over. The goal we lose at the end comes from individuals not taking responsibility. Which was a theme throughout the game. CCV and Scales were awful all game. Again, he recognised we were struggling late on and tried to add more height with Nawrocki. I think Aberdeen had scored before he even got into position though. Palma made a * if it as well as we had a great chance to break and he fluffs a ball over the top.

Aye I thought Aberdeen caused us problem first half, miovski is a handful. Like you, I was at the game so I've just watched it back. Miovski only got in behind once, and scored, and nearly got in a 2nd time but the pass was overhit, that was it.
I would more give credit to Aberdeen than have a go at us tbh.
As for Rodgers, I wouldnt have disagreed with any of the subs at the time, and they definitely improved us. As you say, iwata helped, so did forrest.

We need to learn from Ibrox and this game. Being ahead and not getting near players in the wide areas allowing shots and crosses.

As annoying as it was for us at the time watching it, another game broadcast to a large audience that’s a good showcase for Scottish football.

Looking back, our in game management is shocking. Quality aside, losing Mooy, Jota, Starfelt, JJs experience is showing. Calmac was off the field along with Kyogo again contributed. We have those type of players, we see the game out comfortably.

There was one point, Palma was shielding the ball in the corner wi 3mins to go, *! Something I mentioned around turn of the year. Big game experience and knowledge is sorely lacking along with the talent required. Something we badly need to address this summer.

I'm still annoyed at dropping points away to the huns. Again shocking in game management.

But we're there, and it's a final to look forward to.

Wasn't it Idah who tried to hold it up in the corner.. Palma tried a risky pass that led to goal..

But aye, we didn't manage the game well but we move on.. Cup football onto the back burner now.

It may stand us in good stead having had a battle like that.

Sorry, but I’ve seen this a few times about shocking in game management for the game at Ibrox. We were cruising at 2-0 up and Hart hadn’t made a save in the second half. What would you expect to have happened prior to the penalty that never was?

This is what happens when you get rid of every experienced player and replace them all with projects.

Our only player on the field at the end of 120 minutes with more than 2 years major successful exprience was joe hart

This is not acceptable for a club like celtic, we need experience to see things through as well as young talent, thats who they * learn from.

CCV, Taylor, Johnston, Iwata, O'Riley and Palma aren't projects.
