Aye I think if he wants a big move, a 2nd season where he kicks on from this is the way to go but usually changing agents is followed by a move shortly after.

Palma or Yang is still up for debate. Palma or Yang on the left isn’t, Palma is better. Palma should start if he’s fit.

Dont think he has shown enough to warrant a big move just yet…

It probably depends how he ends the season, if he scores another couple and assists a few times, then his numbers look good and in bigger leagues they will look at his two goals in the Champions league too.

I agree he probably hasn’t shown enough but it might not be a big move more a move to a middling La Liga or Serie A club that sees us get just a bit more than we paid for him.

A big move? Not sure he's done enough to justify his move here yet..

Nowhere near a big move yet. Debatable whether we'd look to sell him in the summer and try and upgrade him.

He's Jota light, but has shown an ability to score from open play. His delivery is decent as well. I think he got a big too billy big boots and this affected his game. Hopefully a spell out and a word from Rodgers will put him on the right track. With Maeda out, he is a must start now. Yang has completely fluffed his lines and will surprised to see him start again for us. If on form, can be an important player for us during the run in.

Yeah wouldn’t be against it and it would from our point of view be a good way to handle a player if we can find a buyer, he comes in does ok, not great but attracts a middling club from a bigger league, we make a little profit and get another shot at getting a new left winger.

All theory of course if there is no buyer but a couple of goals in CL and one chopped off probably helps show he can be a dangerous player at a high level in the right team.

if he is smart and blows the ball out of the park next season. With champ lg as well, he can earn himself a life changing(financially spoken) move to the Epl. Right now too inconsistent and too selfish, still there is a player in him though. But changing and agent means something might be in the pipeline.

He's extremely average, has a poor football IQ and is slow as *.

That aside he is a goal threat and definitely offers us something. Would I be bothered if he left in the Summer? Absolutely not. But he's clearly a better option than Yang.

Hopefully he can step up in the last few games. I think he has it in him to play a key role.

May just b looking for a sideways move to a similar sized club in a bigger league or similar league.
Mite not be about chasing money, it's worth remembering before his injury he had been on the bench for 3 or 4 games off the back of a pretty * month or so after winter break. He's likely to get more starts between now and end of season but that is only bcoz Maeda is injured.
Palma is very much second choice to Maeda so may be that he's looking to move on for more game time or Rodgers has made it clear he doesn't see him as a starter.

Wouldnt be against moving him on for even a slight profit and trying to find a winger better suited to how Rodgers wants to play. Palma wouldn't be the 1st summer signing from last year that the manager doesn't feel suits his style

    Pretty much agree with this.

I wouldn’t miss him at all if he goes. He’ll not be going to a better team, that’s for sure.

Agree with all of this. Rather we sign a different profile of winger over the summer.

Some of the opinions on him genuinely baffle me. His contribution this season seems to have been largely forgotten about after we restarted from the winter break. 2nd only to MOR in goal contributions.

    2 CL goals and everything

It's mental to me. He's not perfect and had a bit of a dip around January, but he actually helped carry us along with MOR early season.

He smiles when he * up and he's not Jota but, so people hate him.

Big chance for him now to come in and step up. Show the form of the start of the season. I recall before and round about the time he went to play qualifiers for Honduras against Mexico there was talk of an injury then and he wasn’t really the same player after.

Hopefully he can stake his claim and start scoring goals and creating chances again.

There is no doubt he has made a contribution, however an injury and a dip on form has impacted his performances. Fully expect him to start on Saturday and hopefully make a big difference. Yang has shown he is not near the level required with little end product and being far too lightweight.
