Beaton was correct in how he saw the pen initially, he dived after Johnston wins the ball, there wasn't enough contact for him to go down.

    Game changer..

Watch the video that captures the Rangers fans behind the goal.

They never claimed for the penalty. They were telling Silva to get up because they knew he dived.

They have won 2 games in their last 6 matches.

2 vs benfica but interesting in their last 4 domestic matches.

0-2 vs celtic - penalty VAR
0-1 vs motherwell - penalty VAR
0-0 vs hibs home - penalty VAR
0-0 vs hibs away - penalty Sterling tripped himself.

It's a pattern of assistance right enough.

Not to mention earlier in season.

0-1 hearts home - 90th min penalty VAR
0-1 Aberdeen away - 90th min penalty VAR

League cup final - Duk wiped out 90th minute no VAR check.

That's some amount of points to benefit from penalties and also through to a cup semi and also win a cup in any of the big 5 leagues uefa would be having a look at the pattern

Dunno if any of you guys are old enough to remember much of thr 97/98 season where the officials done their best to get them 10 in a row but this season reeks of it.

    Bobby tait
    John Rowbothem
    Mike McCurry
    Willie Young
    Mclusky

All at one point gave them penalties or sent off the opposition in their games and tait in particular blew in a game for us at tynecastle with weighorst 1vs1 and then a few week later mahe was down for 7 minutes and he blew at celtic Park bang on the 90!

And then you look at us.

    Scandalous..

Just relentlessly letting fouls go on us so they could break and gave us no real option to settle second half particularly as he knew they needed to get back in to the game..

The head knock, clear as day and he just simply doesn't follow the rules.....only halts play when their attack came to nothing and we cleared it..

The foul to their disallowed goal is the most obvious foul you'll ever see in your life, and the orange * had the best view possible a few yards from it side on. It's even more laughable when you consider the kinda freekicks he was giving them constantly for just throwing themselves to the floor..

Another thing on the no bookings for them. We all know Silva could've and should've been booked at least once before the penalty as he was at it all game. Doing the fly rolling around screaming tactic and looking out the corner of his eye to see if the ref had bought it but it was the incessant surrounding the ref from the first minute or so for every four they wanted cards out and no once did he even contemplate getting the cards out for them..

Something has to be done. This can't go on..

    Watching ref watch.

They looked at the Arsenal penalty v Brighton. Their opinions were split because the Brighton player got a slight touch on the ball. It was the force that took out the Arsenal player that was the key factor. They spent a long time going over that decision.

Reviewed the Rangers penalty and not one of them mentioned that Johnston got the ball. No mention just how minimal the contact was.

What's the point of analysis if you don't look at the incident properly.

I'm convinced VAR didn't look at the Kyogo penalty shout last week. And Devlin got none of the ball.

Crocker said it was a very quick check from Alan Muir but we know why, if we where 3-0 up would be given

What was that Kuhn booking all about? He pointed all over the pitch, but was his 1st foul.

One of them wasn't booked for the same foul later on.

And Like yesterday my auld mucker we called it. Minute they dropped points to Motherwell it was set in stone.

That motherwell game Silva took a dive and muir and VAR gave them a penalty. Then they added on 7 minutes and played 10!!!

It's honestly as if they have that baldy * read a script. Even tried to make excuses that the Iwata clear foul was kinda re reffing the game.

You know see that and our eventual scrambled goal, made me wonder if Devlin is a closet tim. He must have known he wasn't getting the ball for tackle and stramash looked as if he coulda hooked it away.

1st things 1st, learn the laws of the game! It can't be a yellow as the double jepporady law was introduced to prevent a yellow for that type of "offence" so you're talking * there.
Secondly, it's never a penalty in any other league. You make contact with the ball, without being careless or reckless and contact is made then it's not a penalty. He won the ball, physics then happened, he fell back and legs go up. Neither wrekless or dangerous. Check IFAB.

The double jeopardy laws is for a straight red, not bookings.

Laws of the game don’t have a thing about contact with the ball either. He caught him on the thigh, he should never be that high. Only argument about it is the * was already diving and on his way down
