When people put their seatbelt on while moving off. Always irked me when someone can't take 2 seconds to do it before moving the car. Speaking of that, when people do a 5 point turn in a small road when it's much easier to just reverse.

I don't like when people especially old hide a hankycheif up their sleeve, full of bacteria and everything.
I want to say to them "NO!! THAT'S DIRTY'' like I would a child. Sneeze in your hand and then wash it like I do ffs

    How expensive life is now.

It's actually pish. Probably not trivial but still. Every month it seems like I get an email from virgin or three, admiral etc, saying that prices are going up by 8.8%. Wages doing * all, basically feel as though we've all taken a 30% wage drop just by how expensive things are now.

I'm a cynical * as well, I think this is just the way things are now. In 15-20 years, folk won't be able to afford to buy houses. If inflation keeps going the way it is against wages, especially the way property has been appreciating, no chance folk will be able to pay a down payment and monthly payments.

Will probably move to the German model where folk just rent.

*its not you being cynical it's the truth. If you have been in a job over the last 5 or 10 years you likely earn less than you did.

Renting will be the way, but that isn't sustainable really either. I'm buying a flat partly to make sure there is something for my son, either a property or a deposit for him after I sell and leave London when I retire.

Not sure that counts as trivial but I agree. As a 30yr old on a slightly-above-average wage I have a direct choice between a lifestyle that allows me enough enjoyment to tolerate my rather dull day job, or sacrifice all the enjoyment to saving money for a house or moving abroad out of this tory infested shithole.

There's always the option of getting a more enjoyable job and taking a significant wage cut though, but is that really much of an option if I can barely afford food, bills, or a date with the Mrs?

First world problems I know, but gotta moan about something :67:

    Getting scam emails.
Wish there was a button I could press that sends link down to them and destroys their computers and clears out their bank accounts

Absolutely. I'm in very much the same boat. I'm 33, changed career and became a gas engineer to earn more money and have a better shot at getting a good mortgage and that as I had sorta hit a ceiling in my last career. The mental thing is I can borrow less than I could effectively on a lower salary by 10k per year.

My mate works in the NHS and clears about 3.5k per month (I don't operate in annual salaries, what folk earn after tax per month is easier for me to understand haha) but aye my mate moaned about the goal posts being moved dramatically as far as money is concerned, he was saying although his salary is well above average, it is nothing like it would've been even 5 years ago.

He is right, as much as I told him to dry his eyes compared to folk on minimum wage who bring in about 1500 per month after tax.

I've always been quite sensible with money, but I still find myself with little to show for it, and my car has been paid off for 3 years, I'm £7 a month on my phone, sim only. Don't have sky or any TV packages, so * knows how folk do it with new cars, golf memberships, gym memberships etc.

You want a nice lifestyle if you burst your * in a decent enough job, but it's becoming harder. We've just bought a 3 bedroom house, and the mortgage is mental, but the reality is buying in an absolute * hole is still close to a grand a month. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Anyway, rant over haha. I think we're * off as a generation because our parents' generation never had the same issues with careers and property and all that *.

You almost can. Some of the scambaiters on youtube collect the email addresses and numbers from people to screw with the scammers.

The weather at the moment. I’ve been up an hour now and I’m actually going to go to work today to cheer myself up, decided about 10 minutes ago. Got so many jobs to get on with at home, but the gardens like a * swamp, so I’d only be a miserable * if I stayed here.

NHS Trust’s are penny pinching *.
Wife arrived at work but got injured before logging in but put claim in for mileage which she’s entitled to.
The * have denied her claim and demanded she remove it from system because she didn’t go to see her client.
My wife is stupidly accepting this * even though told her to refuse to cooperate.
Have told her she better contact the union or will be really * off.

I understand the frustration, and I'd contact my union too. But the reality is the government are to blame, their tight fisted because they havent got the funding not to be.
