His defensive workrate and nipping in muscling people off the ball was mega impressive as well, he’s not particularly strong and definitely not built, but he knows how to use what he has very well. He doesn’t allow players to get shoulder to shoulder to outmuscle him through the space he makes for himself, and when he needs to, plants himself down and it’s more his shoulder to hip. Having reportedly lost a stone you’d reckon this is him at his weakest as well.

    Way way too early aye.

His shooting still doesn't seem to be a strong point. Something I always fancied Jota with.

He reminds me of Paddy Roberts.

Honestly, pointless comparing to Jota I think, we can get aspects of a game comparable to what he brought and bringing something different than he did and make up for his loss this season in a different way but he’s an all rounder that I’d be astounded to see someone compareable all round at us again. Passing, shooting, crossing, link up, positioning thrived when he was one on one or changing it up when he had 3 men on him to make the most of the space for others, mentality when needing a man to stand up and get us something even when he wasn’t playing great in a game. Happy with a screamer, classy finish or scuffing a goal in just making sure.

And then he had a monstrous defensive side that often was overlooked due to his genius going forward, pressing, working back, defending the angles and space for passes. He’s the most all round winger I’ve ever seen at Celtic and in that group of guys who were a one off and I don’t expect to see any one guy replace in all areas.

If guys come in and bring a lot on their own merits, then I’m happy, because in comparison to Jota I would be amazed at someone measuring up all round. Said similar to what Palma’s done this year for us. He isn’t Jota, but the numbers he’s brought, creativity and even matching Jota’s goal return in the CL I’m content with that, because ‘Jota’ replacements can’t replace him. More like Jota cope.

Love the way he battles like * to win the ball back. Not all about the creative side for him. Very promising..

Another really good performance from him. Like the fact he can go either side of the full back. See it too often when you play a player on opposite side that they only want to cut in and becomes easy to defend again. He varies it really well and full backs don't know where he's gonna go.

Really impressed with his work off thr ball too, won back possession a couple of times by outmuscling players which I was suprised with

Very good in the last 2 games. Promising.

Let's hope he's gonna be a guy who can perform this way for the majority of a season.

Watching the game I was thinking imagine having Jota on the left and Kuhn on the right.

Thought the same as a lot of others after his first couple of appearances. That he was far too weak to play for us. Only just read about the dental problems and weight loss on here. No wonder he looked weak. Been excellent last 2 games so hopefully we've got a bargain.

Really? I prefer my wingers to have as many strings to their bow as we can afford.

You speak for yourself. I have a small collection of archers and I find that they seem to shoot more accurately when they have one string to their bow. Somehow, multiple strings seem to interfere with accuracy.

    Wingers, on the other hand...

The last few games have changed my outlook towards positive for him. He's starting to look like he can be an asset. Keep up the good work.
