Now that he is gone. Both Jota and him have been sold for just over 35 million pounds.

Both our most creative wingers for a number of years have now gone and I wonder if we will add some real quality come this summer?

Ridiculously overrated by a large section of Celtic fans. Had a good game every now and then followed by many more where he was totally anonymous, bordering on utter * (and this was before the Palestinian conflict blew up). To get £10 million for him is excellent business from Celtic. See ya later wee man.

Especially when we are always trying to avoid a PR war with the huns over everything.

We can't even wish a player who has done us a turn good luck for the future.

I couldn't give a * if he was pushing for a move and refused to play. His reasons were more than football. The fans aren't surprised, why would the board be?

 

His goal contributions were incredible, especially for someone so young.

Him, Kyogo and Jota were the best attacking line up for the last 20 years.

If he had played this season, and didn't have other things on his mind when he was available, we would be a few points clear. He's definitely worth a few points a season.

 

I appreciate him defending the Celtic fans somewhat in his statement. I never saw much evidence of people turning on him, I felt we were generally very supportive of him and understood he was under pressure. As others have said, it's all bullshit coming out of Israel and the gutter press. Wish him well.

Jota, Kyogo and Abada.... I don't think we will ever see a debut attack ever be as much as a goal threat as those three were combined.

Utterly ridiculous amount of goals and assist between them in their debut season... to then be near identical in their second season.

Now we have lost Jota and Abada and Rodgers refuses to play to Kyogo's best qualities.

Hope Abada destroys it over in the MLS, he should be tearing it up over there.

 

Apart from a couple of comments most fans understood the predicament he was in. Nobody was against him.

He is a good player that has lost his way with all this going on. He needed the fresh start.

If his form continued on the trajectory of previous seasons he'd be a valuable player. On his form recently and the circumstances and predicament the club is in £10m is a good deal.
