    Season 2

    Stuck with Liverpool.

    Transfers In:
    Kvaratskhelia (£77m +£31m), Kimpembe (£38.5m), Cole Palmer (Loan £3m)

Transfers Out: Matip (£14.25m - PSG), Jota (£60m - Real Madrid)

Considered selling Salah since he won’t sign a contract. Actually had a £150m offer from Saudi that I maybe should of taken. Fancied Osimhen or Lautaro Martinez. Ended up keeping Salah and going for it all instead, can’t see me sticking with Liverpool anyway so if he leave for free it’s fine!

Of course my Assistant was snapped up so I had to find a new one, who would also go on to win Manager of the Year so this might be a pattern.

Won the League again on the last day of the season against City.

Won the FA Cup against City as well.

Knocked out the Carabao Cup by Burnley early.

But I did win the Champions League beating PSG. Absolutely mental game.

Nunez opened the scoring and Ramos equalised, then Mbappe scored and Salah equalised with an injury time pen.

Dembele then got sent off in ET.

It went to pens and we won 4-2, Asenio and André missing.

Annoying to have won the treble and have no Carabao Cup yet. Might have to come back to England for it at the end!

    Running total: 3/14 trophies
    (Premier League)
    (FA Cup)
    (Champions League)

    Season 1 - Inter Milan

Won Serie A with 100 points, and the Italian Super Cup. Knocked out of the Coppa Italia by AC Milan, typically. Got to the CL semi finals but PSG came from 2-0 down to beat me 3-2 after I'd knocked out Man City.

Signings were Thiago Almada for £7.5m and Dennis Seimen for £3m.

Not a bad season overall but disappointed not to win the Coppa Italia. Going to need to strengthen and do hopefully just one more season with Inter.

    Season 3

    Stayed with Chelsea

    Transfers

    In: Valverde 23m, Bastoni 49m, Zakharyan 20m, Livakovic 11.5m, Baku 24m, Pino 65m
    Out: Mudryk 35m, Pulisic 23m, Koulibaly 16m, Kepa 15m, T. Chalobah 13m, Mendy 20m, Broja 15m

Had a quality transfer window. Set the team up once again as a 433 except my right winger was moved inside to be a shadow striker to try and get the best out of Havertz.

Season started off amazing. 4 wins from 4 in the league, 19 scored, 0 conceded.

Things got shaky on holiday and I ended up on 78 points, finishing 3rd and losing the league by 5 points to City for the third time running.. scored 98 goals. Lukaku scored 55 in 50 games.

FA Cup, lost the semi-final to Liverpool 2-1

Last 16 of the EFL cup, lost 1-0 at home to Leicester

    However, all was not lost

    Champions League run:

    Beat Bayern 4-3 (L16)
    Beat Benfica 4-2 (QF)
    Beat Juventus 3-0 (SF)
    Beat Man City 1-0 (Final)

Have to stay at Chelsea. Little tweak of tactics and a couple of big signings and I should win the league. Hoefully the EFL cup too so I can finally move on from England.

    Running total: 2/14
    (FA Cup, Champions League)

    Season 4

    Stayed at Chelsea

    Transfers:

    In: Sane 90m, Milinkovic-Savic 40m, Kessie 40m
    Out: Havertz 90m, Kante 10m

    Disaster!

Lost the EFL Cup final to United, lost the FA Cup semi to Liverpool, Finished 4th in the league with 74pts. Liverpool won with 86.

Won the CL again so must be doing something right. Beat Liverpool in the final. Think my league form suffered because Pino was played up front quite a bit and Valverde on the right wing. Fofana also played rb a good bit to cover James.

Quick look at the job centre tells me Im going to be here for another season. Need to go all out for a big striker signing. Should sort out the selection issues

    Running total: 2/14 trophies
    (FA Cup, CL x2)

    Season 2 - Inter Milan

    Transfers:

In: Mamardashvili (£40m), Moriba (loan), Curtis Jones (loan)
Out: Sommer (£22m) and a few other squad players for around £2m each.

Very successful season. Won Serie A again, this time with 106 points. Only lost twice and drew once.

Also won the Coppa Italia, which I missed out on in season one. Retained the Italian Super Cup as well.

Went a step further in the CL this season, reaching the final...but lost 4-2 in extra time against PSG again. The *.

Wanting to move on to another league now but there's nothing going really in the job centre.

2/14 trophies as it stands - Serie A and Coppa Italia.

If you’ve completed Italy your best shout is probably to resign and see if there’s a bit of a manager merry-go-round and a job comes up. If nothing comes up you can keep simming into the season and keep checking for jobs.

If you get a job mid season you can play the January window and make signings etc. if you take a job after January nothing won that season will count towards your tally

    @MacEwan

Great season btw. I’ve gone mental here in my fifth season summer window. If I don’t win the league this year I’ll be bemused :giggle1:

    Season 5

    Transfers:

In: Sancho 107m, Courtois 150m, Vlahovic 200m, Alaba 25.5m, Vitinha loan, Boey loan
    Out: D.Fofana 70m, Kessie 40m, Baku 20m, Zakharyan 22m, Slolina 17m, Regen 17m, Chukwemeka 7m

Second again! Going to have to sack it in England now. Vlahovic was injured for 3 months which I think ultimately cost me because he still scored 26 in 22 in the league. Went balls out in the transfer market and have left the club probably in a bad way financially now so its going to be tough to win the league I think. Could win it if I stayed another season I think but its not worth the risk because...

I won the Carabao cup :boxing:

Annoyingly, my first club Arsenal won the league with 92 points to my 84. Beat them 3-0 in the Carabao final, lost to them in the FA Cup 4th round, lost to City in the CL Quarter final.

Think I'll resign and see what pops up. No point hanging around just to chase the league. Will potentially try and return later in the challenge for a season when the city job pops up or something.

So after 5 seasons in England with Arsenal and Chelsea, Ive finished 2nd 4 times. Just wouldn't happen for me, going to be tough to win this now :giggle1:

    Season 3 - Atletico Madrid

Resigned from Inter in the summer and eventually got the Atleti job in November time. Turned down Lyon before that because they looked a riot.

Atleti were in 13th place when I took over. Managed to finish 4th, a point ahead of Sevilla, and qualified for the CL. Got knocked out of the cup by * Elche. Also lost in the CL semi final...to PSG again. My bogey team.

    January signings:

Simone Pafundi (£38m), Tiago Parente (loan to buy for £15m) and Jobe Bellingham on a free (arriving in the summer).

Not sure how I feel about the team at the moment. Got some cracking players, but an aging squad with not a whole lot of resale value. And I've only got £25m to spend in the summer to make improvements. Real Madrid finished top with 100 points so I've a lot of catching up to do.

Playing a 3421, but need a new left wing back, new centre back and a couple of squad players.

Also had 3 transfer embargos in about 8 months because a "tycoon" is ready to buy the club...only for it to fall through every time.

    Trophy count - 2/14.

    Season 4 - Atletico Madrid

    Transfers

In: Joao Neves (£46m), Oumar Solet (£18m), Rafael Luis (£35m), Kiliann Sildillia (£40m), Noah Darvich (loan).
Out: Javi Galan (£15m), Marcos Llorente (£81m), Rordigo De Paul (£25m), Griezmann (£23m)

Had a good transfer window. Luis and Neves coming from Benfica are both incredible. Not quite as happy with Solet and Sildillia in defence but they were the best I could get, and still did a decent job.

Raging with the league season. I was 10 clear by the end of January. Ended up bottling it in the final half a dozen leagues games and finished second, 5 points behind Barca.

Semi finals in the CL and got knocked out by Real Madrid.

Thankfully I won the Spanish Cup, so that's another one ticked off.

Need to win the league next season.

    Trophy count - 3/14.

Good season, unlucky with the league. I’ve had to take a job with Nice. Went for them because they’re in the conference league and there was no other option really. Also Kephren Thurman was still there and I love the guy. Real Madrid and Sociedad jobs were insecure and I declared interest to try and put the pressure on but the managers there kept their jobs unfortunately. Simming now, update soon :50:

    Season 6

As I said, decided to go with Nice to target the Conference league and for the outside chance of winning the French cup.

    Transfers:

    In: Dragusin 30m, Lacroix 30m, Miguel Gutierrez 27m, Bissouma 24m, Sesko 15m, Ndombele 8m

    Out: Sofiane Diop 39m, Danso 25m, regen 26m, Kohn 10m, Bustos 6m, Stark 6m, Adel 5m

Went for a 352, Gutierrez and Calvin Ramsey (was there when I joined) are strong attacking wing backs. Lacroix and Dragusin were big signings but neither are quite as good as Viti. My midfield 3 was Bissouma holding with Thuram and Ndombele ahead. Simeone, Sesko and I can’t remember the name of my third striker but they were all pretty decent.

    Anyway..

Finished 2nd in the league. Nowhere near PSG who won the 34 game season with over 90 points. I lost the league by 19 points

Lost in the cup last 32 to Monaco on penalties. Rough draw at that stage of the tournament.. Monaco went on to win it

Ran riot in the Conference though. Won every league phase game, beat Galatasaray and Utrecht in the QF and Semis. Faced Sassuolo in the final and dominated, winning 5-2 and lifting the Conference League. Played the final myself, went 2-0 up early and they drew it back to 2-2 and I was * it haha. Deserved winners though, absolutely hammered them on xG 5-1 or something. Sesko finished the tournament with 24 goals in 13 starts and 2 sub apps :giggle1:

Went just about as well as I could’ve hoped but would’ve been nice to have had a better run at the cup. I’ll take it though.

Tempted to stay because there’s * all jobs available and it’s starting to look like a pretty strong team. Not sure what budget I’ve got for next season but if they give me some dosh I could add a couple of real quality signings and give PSG a run for their money possibly. Going to be tough though obviously. I’ll keep my eye out for jobs anyway.

    Running total: 4/14 trophies
(FA Cup, Champions League x2, Carabao cup, Conference League)

    Season 5 - Atletico Madrid

    Transfers

In: Darvich (£40m), Caio Henrique (free), Restes (£45m), Todibo (£70m), Monamay (£32).
    Out: Lino (£38m), Barrios (£12m)

Spent a lot of money in the summer, mainly sorting out my defence.

Only to have my worst CL performance. Knocked out in the last 16 by Man Utd. Also knocked out of the Spanish Cup in the semis by Real Madrid.

But finally won the league (and Spanish Super Cup again)! Won it on goal difference, which is mental. 12 goals better off than Barca who don't have an amazing team but they just barely lost a game. Only 3 defeats in 38 games for the two of us.

Joao Felix and Karim Konate are unreal for me. 43 league goals between them.

Going to move on to another league now and try to win European silverware.

    Trophy count - 4/14.

    Serie A and Coppa Italia
    La Liga and Spanish Cup

Forced to stay with Nice because the best job available was Valladolid

    Transfers:

In: Nianzou (55m), Vitinha (40m, the striker), Ilaix Moriba (40m), Gabriel Barbosa (30m), Kelleher (15m), Zouma (6.5m), Fidalgo (free), Seko Fofana (free)

    Out: Boudaoui (29m), Ogbu (20m), Grbic (15m), regen (15m), Mukendi (13m), regen (11m), regen (8m) and a few others totalling about 10m.

14/1 to win the league on the season preview.. crossing my fingers and toes we can sneak the cup win and/or theres a big job available in the summer.

Had a great start to the season. Spent a couple of months mid-season top of the table. Faded a bit after January and ended up in 3rd just 6 points behind PSG who finished on 80pts.

However, I had the chance to get my own back as I drew PSG away in the cup semi final.. and won 1-0.

In the final I faced a really strong Rennes side (they finished 2nd in the league). Took control of the final and Vitinha did the business, scoring a hattrick to seal the Coupe De France with a deserved 3-0 victory.

Lost in the knockout playoff round of the CL to Porto over two legs.

Sesko had another quality season for me but I won’t push my luck after ticking off two trophies in two seasons. Time to move on from France and hopefully the PSG job pops up at some stage. My squad is ageing and can’t see them winning the league next season.. tough to attract the players that would make the difference.

Only jobs available that I’m considering are Chelsea (again) and Newcastle. Tempted by Newcastle. Could spend a fortune there and try to sneak a league win because they’re not even in Europe next season so that could play into my hands. Haven’t decided yet but definitely moving on from Nice

    Running total: 5/14 trophies
(FA Cup, Champions League x2, Carabao cup, Conference League, Coupe De France)

Required: La Liga, Copa Del Rey, Serie A, Coppa Italia, Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, Premier League, Ligue 1, Europa League

Will try to crack out another 2 or 3 seasons over the weekend because I’ll be much busier from next week, starting a new job

Stayed with Liverpool. Applied for the AC Milan job but never got it. Tried to win the Carabao cup but I was beaten 2-0 by Arsenal in the final.

Transfers In: Tomori (£46m), Musiala (£136m)

Transfers Out: Salah (Free), Van Dijk (Free), Kovacic (£55m - Al Hilal)

Losing Salah and Van Dijk proved to be the killer blow. Sacked in February after the final loss and sitting around mid table, really don’t know what went wrong!

Was due a CL tie with Celtic as well and still in the FA Cup.
