Since coming back from the Asian Cup, he's been like a different player. Still has a lot to improve on, but he seems very hungry and looks a threat everytime he plays.

I’d give him and Palma a run. Kuhn has shown nothing and Maeda is decent against the huns with his defensive support but farcical going forward mainly against the other sides.

Wingers have it toughest in some respect from fans.

They need to be skinning folk, being creative, assist, chip in wi a few goals and work back.

He's the only who'll try this. He's shown on he can do it. Although a bit inconsistent. But I'm happy to persist with him and let him grow.

Wingers are also dependent on other making smart runs near post, dragging defenders away etc.

    Miles ahead of Kuhn currently.

Absolutely brilliant. His passing through lines is excellent. Pretty sure he gave it to AJ for the winner too?

We just need to stick with him and Palma for a few games in a row. Not this chopping and changing every game.

He was good today. Not great, but solid. Made a real difference.

Now he needs to do that from a start of a game. Hes made impacts on a couple of games of the bench, he now needs to show this when he starts.

But his position to lose now!

I thought we'd all written him off?

Said before the game him and Palma should be starting. They are the most likely of all our wingers to create chances.
What worries me is that Rodgers couldn't see that.

Much better from him on Sunday - he needs to keep that up.

Kuhn, on the other hand, is nothing short of shockingly bad.

Made a good impact. Hopefully he can kick on and do it more often, especially when he starts games, his best performances I've seen have been off the bench so far, don't want him to be like Haksa who looked decent off the bench and was anonymous to totally * when he got a start.

Credit where it’s due, he made a difference in that game.
Now whether that’s down Kuhn making him look good by comparison is another thing :giggle1: it was night and day when we had a winger that was actually looking to beat a man and put the ball in to the box

Think the main issue is he looks better coming off the bench, other than the Aberdeen game I can’t really remember him having a big impact when he’s started a match, whereas coming off the bench quite a few times he’s made a difference.

Being honest he should be out on loan at the moment but such is the state of our squad, particularly out wide we’re going to be relying on him quite heavily to have a massive end to the season.

Tonight is his night to shine. Paradise under the lights.

Think he can really kick on rest of the season.

Think we need to see a settle raise and Yang may be one of the ones to benefit from it most.

    Hopefully see him starting.

Let's hope he does shine. Would give himself and the fans a much need boost that he could be 1st team player being able to contribute regularly over 90mins.

Although, there is something about bringing on a fast, tricky agile winger to run and drag a tires defence apart in the latter stages of a game.
