Bought himself another week.

 

Still stand by what I said, but the subs did make a difference.

 

This half’s performance and the result is all we have to cling onto.

If the manager and players want to say the reaction started at half time, fine. Time to carry it on for the rest of the season.

Still clutching and still think we’ll offer more of the first half than the second in the remaining games.

 

Another * performance saved by a last minute winner.

Papering over the cracks massively again.

Credit to the players for getting the win in the end, but it doesn't change anything for me.

We're going nowhere fast under Rodgers, needs to go.

 

Saved his job with the subs today.

 

I still think he needs to go, just because we got bailed out in the last 5 minutes does not absolve the * performance for the 80 before it.

That's after a week of "good training" too.

 

Three times we've struggled vs Motherwell. Doesn't help when we're missing sitters, but still need to do better.

 

We were very lucky not to be 2 or 3 down and his subs were just bringing on the players he should have learned months ago should be starting in the first place. Still can't wait to see the back of him.

 

He needs to get us playing like we did in the second half from the get go. A couple of big wins over the next couple of weeks can swing the momentum back in our favour but we need to get these * games ended far sooner.

As things stand, we are hanging on to a title challenge but we need to be doing far more.

 

You may get a bit more buy in with this positivity rally post after the second half performance.

First half was atrocious, cleaned up a lot in the second half. Let’s see if they manager and players can pull their heads out their arses for the remaining games eh.

 

Stay of execution. A last minute stay of execution. I mean, starting Iwata I approved of, but the style we start with is still the same cautious *. Can we get Tony Pulis to give Rodgers lessons on direct football?

That second half was genuinely prime Celtic *. Exactly what I want to see from us. That’s as good as we’ve played since Atletico at home.

I was absolutely dejected and fuming at half time but that second half has to give you belief. Hatate is back soon too. We can do this.

 

Made the correct decision at half time Kyogo wasn’t getting a sniff and was rightly hooked not necessarily his fault nothing was coming from midfield no one looking for his runs etc.

 

Nah, we don't have enough depth at the back for that


It'd be worth it if somehow Rodgers and the players can figure out what they did second half - specially last 20 minutes - and do that every minute of every game.

I hope he proves me wrong but I think he's washed up, we have played well in like 2 games this season. Hope he can get it over the line but I don't think I could do another season of watching us play like this.

 

In this camp also.

 

I'd given up at half time. Honestly didn't see the second half coming. Didn't see that in us.


But there we have it, they are capable of it.


Feels like back to the old days of playing good last five minutes and wondering why we don't start games frantic like that.
